Has anyone suffering from nasal polyps used this product? Did you find it helped the condition?

I used it for fungal infection and swelling in nasal passage. Didn't get any results as I had to replace it twice due to poor manufacturing. I have now reverted to manual device.

Can it use rechargeable batteries

The box includes 3 AA batteries, and there is nothing to indicate that rechargeable batteries could be used, so I would err on the side of caution and say that I would not use them. Hope this helps - I've used this several times now, and the relief has been brilliant

Is it possible to order replacement parts? The base of my husband’s shattered and I don’t want to have to buy the whole thing again.

I have never thought of buying replacement parts. I ended buying a new one which I was not happy with but they need to make the unit more robust. When it woks it works well. Sorry I cannot help you about getting parts for the unit as I have not done that.

Is this better than the NeilMed squeezy bottle?

Yes it is. It gives a continuous directed jet of solution, as long as you press the button. You don't get the solution everywhere, like you do with the squeeze bottle and you can use this unit much longer (no need to change it). It comes apart quite easily (a simple twist and the plastic reservoir detaches from the pump. Remember to rinse the pump with clean/boiled water after every use or the pump will corrode and will cease to operate.
