A wonderfully sour product that has multiple uses!
I love this stuff! It can be used for adding a sour kick to your dishes, to descaling the kettle (and it's really good at that too!)I originally bought this to increase the sour taste in an energy drink that I felt was lacking. It was as simple as adding a teaspoon to the mix and I had the taste exactly where I wanted it. However, I also found out that a couple of tablespoons added to the kettle once boiled is actually a far better, safer and cheaper option than using them "specialised" descalers!The granules/crystals are quite big, so you don't need much to get the job done and if you're looking for a sour kick, you REALLY don't need much! This is the second time I've purchased this because it's a great quality product that has many uses in my household!

Perfect, although granules instead of powder
Perfect for a variety of uses, except that it does come as small granules, instead of a finer powder as suggested. However it still dissolves fine and could probably be crushed up if you really needed it as a fine powder.

This is a good product at an excellent price
This is a good product at an excellent price. I used it in conjunction with pectin from the same supplier to aid the setting of jam made from fruits low in pectin. I used these in the recommended proportions and found that not only did the jam set easily and faster but the flavour was greatly improved.
