Unfortunately didn't really work for me... but it could work for someone else! It does have a lot of essential oils in so it definitely is worth the money! I do wish it helped with my hair loss.

Expensive for what it is, smells nice did not work or improve hair quality

This system is amazing. I have thinning hair due to PCOS and a severe hormonal imbalance, with very high DHEA. I have tried everything. Nioxin only dried out my hair and damaged it, Avalon was worse (it was like an industrial strength degreaser that stripped my hair and damaged it in only a few uses!). Pura d'Or was the same way. I was afraid nothing would work for my hair. I bought this system out of desperation to find something that could slow down my hair loss. Not only did this system help with that, it also gave my hair incredible texture and a new life! It went from an almost hay-like texture after using Avalon, to a silky texture with weight and body, but not weighed down like I expected. I absolutely adore and recommend this to anyone and I will continue to buy this system, even if it is a bit more than other products, because I wholeheartedly believe in it. The shampoo emulsifies incredibly well. I only use half a pump. I've used it twice a day (that's best for removing and blocking the DHT and 5-alpha reductase that causes hair loss) and I'm only about a 1/4 way through the bottle! It's incredibly long-lasting for a smallish bottle. I've never used a product of this quality before. The conditioner I recommend getting an extra bottle of. Where I only use 1/2 a pump of the shampoo, I like 2 pumps of the conditioner on my short hair because it seems to soak right into the hair and scalp. The ingredients of both are stellar for blocking DHT, and promoting hair growth. This treatment oil is a really good addition for night use. I highly recommend leaving something on your scalp overnight that can assist in blocking the DHT that causes hair loss. I found the scent of the products to be very nice. It's rather herby and I find it comforting. If your hair is thinning, check out my other reviews of things that have helped me. In particular, the high frequency generator I bought for $20. It has been a miracle that has made this system work even better. If you only have money for one or the other, get the high frequency generator. It helped my skin tighten, made my bulging veins sink back down, and has reduced hair fall out by 1/10 in only a few uses! It so far surpassed my expectations that I can't believe it's only $20. I hope it works as well for you. It's been a godsend for me! Also, if you have PCOS or high testosterone, do research on licorice root tea. I have been drinking 6 bags of Stash's Licorice Spice tea for only two months and it reduced my excess testosterone by an extraordinary amount. I went from 155 to 51 in just two months with no drugs. That has helped my hair come back quite a bit. Also, D-chiro Inositol is the natural form of Metformin without side effects. I can't tolerate the drugs they want me to take, so finding out this information has been a huge blessing that I hope helps others. . . . UPDATED: 10/27/14... This product has lasted a ridiculously long time. I am just under half a bottle of my first shampoo. I can't gush enough about this system. I love what it's done for my hair!

Please forgive me for this epic novel of a review I have been using this now for two weeks solid. I've learned a lot about how to use this product and how effective it is. I had read reviews this was an awesome product, stimulating new hair growth quickly but leaving behind greasy residue in your hair. I figured if it really does what it says that I could deal with a little greasiness. For the first week I experimented with application methods. I first tried spraying it on my scalp in different areas that were particularly bad. Indeed, although penetrating the skin quickly my hair was a greasy mess. I then tried spraying a little bit in the palm of my hand and using my finger to apply the liquid. Again, penetrated the skin quickly but left my hair greasy mess. Then I dipped a Q-tip into the bottle and applied it directly to my scalp. It absolutely left no greasy residue in my hair at all and I was able to put it right where I need it. I will say the oils that were in my hair absolutely help to improve the overall quality of my hair so that was good. After completing my second week of using this product every evening before bed on clean, dry hair, I have to say that I am absolutely floored with the results. After five years of topical solutions and special shampoos from the dermatologist, and losing approximately 50% of my hairs thickness and developing actual bald spots near my hairline, I needed something that would actually work. I have had visible growth in every area that I have applied this product. My hair is thickening and filling in, and the health and sheen are better than my hair has ever been, including when I was a kid and teenager. There is now little to no hair in my hands or at the bottom of the shower when I wash my hair I took a few really good before pictures, but I think I deleted them off my phone by accident. I could kick myself. However I'm not gonna let that keep me from sharing what an amazing product this is. I did find a picture that I cropped that might give you a better idea of the bad hairline, but again not a great before picture.The after pictures were taken when I had applied the product in my hair with a Q-tip about an hour previous. I wish I had taken more comprehensive before photos but I have to tell you when you look at the after photos the difference is amazing especially the sickness. Previously you could see scalp under my hair it was so sparse. My hair loss is long term, due to health complications and treatment plans. I highly recommend this product for anyone suffering with hair loss, anyone who needs intensive hair repair, or even as a proactive regiment. The product does not seem to discern the cause of the hair loss, and is absolutely amazing, I give it five stars but I would give it 20 if I could. It has performed beyond expectation, and if this is the result I am seeing after two weeks, I can't wait to see what it's going to look like in a few months. I’ve been using this hair oil for a while and my hair/scalp loves it. My hair is thickening up and I can see the new growth. I apply it all over my scalp by spraying a bit on my scalp and massaging it in. The heat from your scalp will help it disburse too. I shower and wash my hair in the evenings, so I put the oil on my hair for a few hours, wash it out (I shampoo twice to get it all out) and go to bed. I wash my hair every other day and usually do the oil twice a week. I also use the vinegar rinse from this same company once every two weeks and it’s the bomb! UPDATE: I just used this oil after not using it for a long time and had a TON of hair loss in one application. Scared to use it again.

I think the name "new growth" is a little misleading. I didn't notice new hair growing but it did help with my breakage and made my hair much thicker and I had less hair falling out when I brushed it. My hairdresser who I've gone to for years noticed a major difference in my hair a few weeks after I started using it. I started out using this product twice a week, I could do more but it does make your hair a little greasy so twice is the perfect amount for me. I spray the oil directly onto my scalp and massage it for about a minute. A LITTLE BIT GOES A LONG WAY. After about 4 or 5 weeks I switched to just using it once a week (its pricey so i wanted my bottle to last as long as possible) and it still seems to work. I've had the same bottle for a year now and I still have a lot left. I have noticed that if I don't use it for a few weeks my breakage returns so it's definitely something you need to keep up with but you don't need to use it everyday. I would recommend using this overnight and washing it out in the morning since it's an oil it makes your hair...oily. I don't understand the comments about the smell. It smells a little bit like tea tree oil but it's very light. I use it overnight and my pillowcases are fine and haven't noticed any residual smell.

So first off let me say I usually don't write reviews but I felt the need to write a review about this product since I've had such a bad experience with it .let me say Such a waste of money it smells horrible and actually made more of my hair come out it would look oily for days after using it which if it actually work that wouldn't mind that but it is pretty much oil in a super small bottle .I hope it actually work for some people it didn't for me it actually made my hair fall out more every time when I would wash it out handfuls of hair would come out way worse then before needless to say I stopped using it so to the lady's/ men out there in hopes that this may work for them believe me I know the feeling of loosening your hair then to have so much hope in a product then it backfire on you and make your problem worse than it was from the beginning my suggestion is run away from this product now this is my experience I'm not saying it's going to be the same for everyone just be advised
