Impossible to write a review a week after taking them. I am now six weeks in and I am noticing a difference. I am a 55 year old woman so any help is welcome! Took the full dose for a couple of weeks and now down to 2 per day. My hair is better; my dry eyes are so much better too. My nails have always been terrible but they have improved. My skin just looks brighter. I also seem to have so much more energy. I will continue with these - I just feel like a better me!

Started taking these two weeks ago and just dropped the daily dosage to two capsules per day. I ordered these based on the numerous positive reviews to try and alleviate womens' problems arising since menopause, having previously tried Replens and even Vagifem, without success. To be honest they did sound too good to be true, but after about a week to ten days, I really have noticed a difference and quickly ordered another box so as not to run out. Keeping my fingers crossed and long may it continue. I know they are not cheap, but they are worth every penny.

Ive been taking these for about a month, i have just ordered my second box as reading the reviews they take a little while to notice a difference but they do seem to be working fingers crossed. Ive taken a star off the review because they do seem a little expensive, they went up £3 just in the month i was taking them i was a bit reluctant to reorder because of the price, its a shame they don't do any special offers on them if you bulk buy. ( theres an idea?)

I’m just at the end of my first 14 days intensive with these and already noticed a difference with my hair being in much better condition. I’m trying them as I have vaginal atrophy and after being on her for 6 months with not much improvement after reading the reviews I thought I’d give them a try. I’ve been more comfortable for the last few days so I hope in time there will be a big improvement. Fingers crossed anyway I’ve ordered some more. And will review again later.

I used this product for a month, as recommended, taking double dose for first 2 weeks. After 4 weeks my skin is feeling soft and moist all over, my hair is less dried out and my eyes are not so dry. I think its a brilliant product and have been recommending it to all my friends and family. A great buy in my opinion and I shall go on taking it for as long as I can afford it.

I bought these as I was told could improve dry eyes. I bought 3 boxes of them. No change. Dissapointing
