Effective but expensive
I think these are quite effective at keeping my immunity up . They seem to provide a lot of nutrients and are easy to swallow. There is no after taste . I feel that they are quite expensive though.

Got rid of cold that had been going on for 4 months
I'm pleased with this product as it has helped me to get rid of a severe cold with mucus in the upper airways that had been going on for 4 months. After two weeks of treatment the symptoms were gone. The only thing that wasn't so good was the soft stools in the morning, but that wasn't a big problem.

Should have read the description! Not for small children
I bought them without reading the description as my little ones were ill and I wanted to give them a little boost, none of them are keen on the elderberry syrup so I thought tablets would be better! When they arrived I realised they were for over 12’s and adults so not suitable at all for the required purpose, I decided to take them myself rather than faff returing them and feel great and have avoided catching the children’s bug so thumbs up from me

I take one capsule each day and rarely get colds or upper-respiratory illness. I have two small children, so I used to get sick all of the time! Make sure you take it with a meal/essen. It works well and I have never had problems with the packaging, delivery, etc.
