Fascinating insght into how the worlds richest & most successful club is run.

Interesting book that manages to bring the gap from basic football back story to academic reading.Author (American) makes some bold statements about the club and it becomes clear he's been influenced heavily by his madrid contacts.Still an interesting read especially when he links to American sports teams business models.Reading both books I suspect its what Damian Hughes based his 'the Barcelona way' book off that got pulled for plagiarism.
