Compact tablet that works as an alternative to a mouse and for simple drawing on the go
This is a small graphics tablet and not really suitable if you are wishing to draw or perform detailed photoshop work. That being said I have found it useful as an alternative to a mouse that was causing RSI and playing Osu. I have a larger graphics tablet at home which is used for more detailed work.To install I went to the website to get the latest device driver since I know in the past thatThe tablet easily fits in my laptop bag and it’s been handy whilst working on trains or in a coffee shop. The tablet has 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity which is fine for its size and what it’s intended for. It has an in built battery but connected to my MacBook through a USB port. It follows the pen fine but if you raise it too high then it will jump around the screen. Once you know the right height to hold it then this isn't a problem. The pen requires 1x AAA battery and is turned on by pushing on the top like a roller ball. There are 4 replacement nibs and a nib remover tool.Overall, it’s ok for basic things (e.g. Using as a mouse or simple drawing) and playing Osu. However, if you are looking for it to do detailed fine drawings, picture editing etc then I would recommend looking at a higher price range and model.♥Please can you be so kind as to click the like button if my review has helped you in any way♥

Excellent value
Like thousands of other teachers, I have just found out I will be live teaching, via teams from home,... from tomorrow ... I am a secondary Maths teacher who loves using SMART notebook and needed a way to replicate writing on IWB. Hence this little guy... I have my lesson on the screen (sharing via Teams) and can write on this board to show method and working. It's quite small and writing on one surface whilst looking at another, will take a little practice but it is excellent for very little money. Now onto tomorrow.....

Awesome graphics tablet - Love it!
I was so excited to get this - I didn't realise Huion were so affordable! I needed a smaller graphics tablet to travel with so that I can draw digitally with my laptop, and this is so ideal. I love that it's so small and light, and sleek looking. It doesn't require a separate power source, you can just plug it in with the USB cord. Also, the cord is really long which is great. You get the drivers on CD included in the pack, and a manual for both WIN and MAC, but it's so easy to use you just plug it in and it's set up in less than 2 min! I love it!! I use it mainly for painting in Photoshop and the pen pressure works really well with 2048 levels. The drawing area is smaller than the size of the tablet and it has little markers showing where the edges are, but I didn't really find it too limiting. I much preferred the convenience of it being small rather than having more space to draw on because I'm using it to travel. But you could also just use it at your desk for writing with. The pen uses a AAA battery, and there's a clicker on the end to turn it off and on which is handy. And it has two buttons which you can configure to whatever you want. The pen is also super responsive and easy to learn to use, plus you get 4 spare nibs.Overall I'm really happy with it - especially since it's such a good price. If you're looking for your first tablet, or a second one to use for travelling I'd definitely recommend this.

Faulty after just 6 weeks!
Bought on 17th July 2020 - falling apart by 17th August - USB connector is loose, the pen comes apart in use (now having to be held together with tape!), description claims for this to be "... ideal for game play, especially for osu..." - it is not; it varies between there being a significant delayed reaction time and totally freezing. I note in other negative reviews someone allegedly from the manufacturer has commented "...We provide 2 year warranty for each item, if it is a problematic product, we could provide replacement for you..." (although on other comments it contradicts this and says just 1 year!) whatever the case, this is well within that period at just 6 weeksold! - so back up your claimed warranty statements and replace this faulty shoddy product now please! Also, it says in product details that you can contact the Huion customer service for assistance - but notably there is NO contact detailson their Amazon page - I would say I'm surprised that Amazon allow this but I'm not, they just want the fast bucks commissions.

The cable has a nice length to it
I purchased this as my old Trust TB-3100 tablet kicked the bucket years ago, and I'm getting back into do some light photo editing in Photoshop CC. The cable has a nice length to it, the size of the tablet sits nicely amongst other devices on my desk, and the responsiveness as well as sensitivity seems adequate for what I want to do. The software's UI is fairly basic, but has a nice amount of options for;- programming the two buttons on the pen to do various actions- selecting a specific monitor to keep it bound to (if you have more than one monitor such as myself)- pen pressure- advanced setting (adjusting the area)- the ability to save and import configurations. My 7/0 niece also likes to use it from time to time, to use simple painting apps.Sidenote; I'm running Windows 10 64-bit 1803 (April 2018 Update)EDIT:After awhile of non-use, I've ran into an issue that others have faced with this tablet. It's now in a state where either windows or the tablet thinks the tablet has constant pressure applied. I've tried reinstalling drivers and changing USB ports, as well as tips and batteries. The return window for me has long passed.

Very good pen, the amount of pressure levels are amazing ...
Very good pen, the amount of pressure levels are amazing for the price. Comes with replaceable tips which may/may not come in handy, but worth having. The size of the tablet is letting this product down. It’s difficult to draw when you’re monitor is much bigger, if only the tablet only worked on specific sections on the screen. Also, when drawing slowly, it causes jagged/scribbley lines. All lines being drawn must be quite fluid and fast, causing allot of mistakes. For doodling/colouring this is great, but not for starting off digital art drawing if you are taking it seriously.
