Seems good. Great fun and durable for the price
Used for one summer. So far so good.Inflates quickly if you have a big pump (not supplied). One-way valves work well and help.Similarly deflates quickly and easily.Folds / Rolls up quite small, and has some handy straps so it can be carried like a rucsack (But I haven't quite yet figured out the best way to end up with straps and package in a comfortable position for carrying)It is quite heavy, but at least it goes back into the box relatively easily, to protect it from damage over the winter.Seems to work best when inflated more rather than less - can lose direction when paddling if not fully inflated. It also gets blown around a bit. A small 'sea anchor' would probably help, to act like a fin to keep it straight if paddling for some distance. Also, as for anything inflatable on open water, it will get blown downwind quite quickly in a strong breeze.Overall great fun for all the family, and great value!

Nice bit of kit for £100...not sure what the difference is with the more expensive ones but this seems to be more than adequate for the job. Well made and easy to use. Weighs 18lb. Needs pump to inflate [2.8 litre hand pump works well] and takes only 10 minutes or so to get up and running. Valve caps are difficult to grip and undo on main boat but that might be a good thing half way across a lake. The seats though are ****. Absolute waste of time. Very hard to inflate and valves don't self-seal so when remove pump they deflate and are pretty useless to sit on even when you manage to get some air into them....don't sit high enough in boat and not enough room for backside. Make your own seating arrangements but otherwise good canoe and definitely seems value for money...comes with lightweight paddle as well.

Great Quality for Price Level
Brilliant little kayak, bought this to take my daughter up and down local rivers, days out and picnics. The backpack system is great, this inflates and deflates quickly and its easy to put it back into the backpack system for transporting it. When on your back the straps are not the most comfortable with the weight but bare-able.The kayak itself is made out of what seems to be a good quality pvc and of a level I was hoping for. It keeps it position above the waterline it feels very reliable. The seats were my initial hesitation but they turned out to be comfortable themselves whilst out exploring on the water. As mentioned in previous comments a skeg is useful to help keep straight whilst going up river but it is not essential. To make it a fair review the negatives I would say that the paddles were shorter than expected. I would also say that where this can fit two people in (with ease), there is physically no space to move your legs more than a few mm inside the kayak when your both inside. This wasn't much problem as I either had my legs where they were or hangover the side of the kayak.I did a fair amount of research before purchasing and I have to say that for the money this is definitely great value. Now all I need is good whether then I will be back out on the kayak!

Really pretty good for the price
I have now had this boat for a year and a half and have had many hours in it on the non-tidal River Thames, the River Itchen, a couple of Welsh lakes and (very cautiously) the sea around Jersey (staying close to the beach). It has been pretty reliable. I find it reasonably easy to handle, and I haven't yet bought a skeg. I might at some point. I generally have no difficulty getting from one lock to another on the Thames (downstream and or upstream), at least in normal river conditions.I have had two significant leaks in that time - one of which was on the inflated hull after having been dragged over the river bed (which I have done many other times without problem). Another leak was due to over-inflation. The first one I fixed with the included puncture repair kit. The over-inflation leak which happened three months ago after I'd owned it for about 16/17 months, I repaired using Stormsure glue and a patch (Stormsure glue is a very good product available on Amazon), and have since been out on the water for a number of hours. In general, for the price, this has been a great boat. I intend to make it last at least another couple of years!I would like to stress that I have really had a lot of use out of it (including a fair bit of dragging it over the ground), and only two punctures which were straightforward to repair.

Great for leisure paddling
It's probably very good for the price - I inflated it on the grass but didn't think it was quite what I needed for a regular canoe, I need something with firmer sides and a stronger paddle. For occasional leisure use for fun, this would be absolutely perfect. If you want to canoe regularly, you'd need to add the skeg and buy better paddles - then it's only marginally cheaper than buying a better canoe in the first place. What I do love is the spray deck seems much longer than the more expensive version, so more likely to stay dry, and the backpack system is just so simple to use.... I'll miss both those elements with my new boat.

Great value for The money
This kayak is really good for the money, it inflates and deflates really easy , the seats are difficult to keep the air in when inflating we found it easier to blow up by mouth. It comes with 1 double paddle which is not very good quality I’d recommend buying decent ones . It definitely needs the skeg which you need to buy separate, the kayak just spins in circles without it. Doesn’t come with a pump we had our own foot pump. Folds up easy into a back pack .
