Love this product along with the other garden of life organics vitamin C and D3 Use them every day top quality organic ingredients I take B12 first in the morning,, VIt C late morning and Vit D3 in the afternoon.

I’m vegan I use b12 this is the best last ages large 58ml bottle tastes lovely. Far superior to smaller brands. Nice product ingredients they do a fab range of other vitamins for women men and other health and well-being if you take b12 buy this. The price changes on amazon so I only buy it when it’s cheaper. You can buy it cheaper elsewhere at different times the cheapest I got it was from IHerb in America brilliant company huge range of products they even have loads of weekly daily specials. Just bear in mind if your order over £15 you have to pay customs charges so just check what you might pay depending on what you order. You can google import charges. I have my b12 checked every six months and mine is always in a perfect range.

Prefer a spray rather than pills so ideal for me. Nice flavour too. Lets hope it helps with my poor memory!!

Just love this product. Tastes great and is full of natural goodness that you can feel working. I have ME/CFS so need all the help I can get when it comes to energy. I notice the difference when I've taken this. Just a shame the price has gone up so much lately. Still, after trying other, cheaper B12 sprays which made no difference, I believe it's worth the extra expenditure.

Being vegan i like to keep an eye on my B12 level. My routine blood test in Oct 2022 showed that my level had dropped to 199 (healthy range is 200 to 900), so i ordered this spray to bring my level back up. Almost a year on my B12 is now 595 - awesome result! Tastes good, easy to administer, happy days!

Having used it every morning for the last four month, I've noticed an improvement in my levels of energy, so I'd recommend this product for sure. It's also organic, which is really nice.The flavour is almost nice (which is a good thing), not that it matters as you're supposed to spray it under your tongue where you don't have any taste buds.Also, I've had it in the fridge for the last 4 months and it still hasn't gone off, so it lasts well.

I was happy with this product. My nails have improved and the product in the bottle is very good. It did however constantly go mouldy in the lid/spray despite keeping me it in the fridge. I washed the lid and spray regularly but now the liquid in the bottle is going mouldy after 6/7 weeks of use. The product description says 4 month supply. A smaller bottle would help this issue.

Mein Mann und ich benutzen beide schon seit über einem Jahr diesen spray. Wir haben immer jeder unsere eigene Flasche, da er häufig auf Geschäftsreisen ist. Wir hatten noch nie eine Flasche mit schimmel, wie hier oft erwähnt wurde. Der Geschmack ist super. Die Flasche geht nicht kaputt, wenn sie mal runter fällt. Blutwerte sind super. Nachdem die Werte sich deutlich gebessert haben, reicht es für uns alle 2 Tage einen sprühstoß zu nutzen. Super Produkt!

Raspberry over cherry 100%The Liquid form floats my boat best.Can’t find this one in the stores.I mix with a coffee for an unreal almost chocolatey raspberry. Doing that further reduces value for the money but I don’t care. It’s good.

I have purchased 3 bottles thinking the first ones were defective only to realize all of them leak. The spray nozzle is broken for all three from the time they were opened. Did not expect this from a reputable brand and at this price point.

I’ve used this on and off for years as a way to make sure that I’m getting my B12 in as a vegetarian. I find it easy to put it on my nightstand table and use it every morning before eating anything. It’s good quality and my naturopath approves of this product. I feel like it’s made a difference in my energy since starting to use it again. Will continue buying it and using it every morning. The taste is yummy and not too artificial. The texture is light and refreshing. I think this product would also work great for kids as it is really easy to administer.My only complaint is that the cap leaks. I’ve attached a photo of an unopened bottle that I just received today. Besides that, I love it.

Ich benötige Vitamin B12 als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, da ich vegan lebe. Bisher hatte ich Tabletten, da diese aber meist Nanopartikel enthalten und immer kritische Überzugs- oder Bindestoffe, habe ich mich für ein flüssiges Produkt entschieden. Pures Vitamin B12 schmeckt wohl fürchterlich, deswegen war ich glücklich darüber eines mit so vielen guten biologischen und natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen gefunden zu haben. Es schmeckt sehr gut.Es ist noch über ein Jahr haltbar- damit es frisch bleibt reinige ich den Sprühkopf nach Benutzen mit Wasser und stelle die Flasche in den Kühlschrank.Leider ist es in einer Plastikflasche- das ist bisher der einzige Kritikpunkt an dem Produkt.
