Fudge Matte Hed Extra Matte Molding Clay for Hair 85g

I found out about this stuff from my hairdresser about 4 years ago and I am utterly grateful. It also appears to be a bit of a secret as well, it is there but its not exactly easy to find in the high street.On to the good bits:Smell: fairly pleasant, certainly not unpleasant like many other products out there! There are better smelling products, namely the Fudge Creme but this is still pretty enjoyable.Effect: there is honestly no competition out there. This stuff makes VO5 Matte Clay look and feel like olive oil. Fudge Matte clay provides a strong hold, it's not greasy, the matte effect is evident but doesn't look over the top either. It also makes hair look very textured which really compliments your cut providing you have a talented hair dresser. People often ask me what I use and anyone who I let use this product is converted to Fudge.Value: It is expensive. And it will last a decent time, depending on hair length and the amount of times styled. I usually get over a month with use every single day, sometimes twice!Staying power: Fantastic. Doesn't fall flat or change shape too much, it holds well no matter what! It's perfect for clubbing in my opinion. And in a pinch, the next day your hair will still look reputable.But now for the bad bits:The tube delivery can be a bit annoying, if you dispense too much you can't put it back in like you could with a tub. Also when you get towards the end, the delivery can be fairly weak but this can be remedied by using a pen or something to force the inside tube up (much like you would with a toothpaste tube). I often smash my tube open when I can no longer empty product out, as there is often enough left for one or two hair styles! But these really aren't even minor problems in my opinion.Yes it is quite expensive but in my opinion it is far far far superior to any other Matte Clay or Wax there is. I have been buying this stuff for a long time now and shall continue too! I definitely recommend this product.

Great product. Quick delivery at a great price.Very strong hold however I would use sparingly.Having used many different products in the past and having hair which is around six inches long, I have always had to use more product then advised on the back for my hair to stay in place so thats the mistake I made. This will dry out ur hair as well as make ur hair very greasy if you apply to much but if you use a pea sized amount it works fantastic.Not only does it smell great but is also easy to wash out. No need to reapply more later if like me you enjoy a nap and wake up looking like youve put your head in the washing machine,.simply comb through and it will look fine.I have used this daily for over 4 weeks and am still on the same bottle so it is definitely worth the money. I will be buying again once this runs out.

This Matte Paste is incredible, im using it as a replacement for the V05 matte paste and i must say this one lasts far longer and holds far better.. i have relatively medium-long hair for a male and my style is described as a messier, brunette version of Ed Sheerans hair which you can imagine requires quite a good paste- and this door more than required :) it's not been tested in rain and strong wind yet- although i have a spray that locks my hair down and stops the rain and winding affecting it (Vo5 extra hold weather resistant hairspray- also an amazing product when combined)... this Fudge product does not leave hair greasy, mine is still a fluffy mess and it doesnt get greasy as quickly as the v05 product does- that was a nightmare. I found if your style goes out just use a brush to flatten it all out and then ruffle and style away as new :)overall an amazing product that is highly recommended and has been put under subscription buy for me!

I've always struggled to find a product that is workable, holds your hair all day (even longer if not washed) and leaves a great Matte finish. This product does it all exellentley! The product is easy to wash out and comes in a decent sizes tube.However I do have a few grumbles; the product when first placed into the hair is difficult to style, but once dried it easy to style and it stays where you want it and can be easily restyled. Also the delivery service used (which I paid extra for to have the it delivered sooner) was two days late, extremely hard to get hold of someone other than the automated answering machine (I had to speak to the delivery driver who left his number on the delivery note as I missed the passell when it was first delivered) and gives no time frame as to when the order is going to be delivered which is annoying as they deliver between 7am - 9pm.Overall an amazing product that it is well worth the money and does what it says on the tin and more.P.S: If it can be avoided try and use a delivery service other than Yodel as this was the company mentioned above.

I have quite fair, arrow straight, 1-3 inch blonde hair and find it very difficult to style. Without using seriously hardcore gels my hair will revert back to it's straight limp nature within a few hours. This stuff however keeps it in check almost all day without the crunchyness and sheen of gels. Even after sweating in the gym my hair (with a bit adjusting) still looks good. It washes out easily with my standard 2in1 and doesn't feel greasy (unless you use a lot of it). I use about 1 - 1 1/2cm of this depending on hair length and style required, it lasts a lot longer than high street stuff which makes the price seem more reasonable. Can't praise it enough.

I spent a long time trying to find a hair product that would hold my hair in place for a whole day without looking greasy or 'slick'. This product does exactly that.I have thick dark hair, and always found that towards the end of the day my fringe would fall down as whichever product I was using at the time just didn't hold. I tried numerous hair gels, waxes and couldn't find anything to hold my hair without making it shiny, greasy looking or looking stiff. Fudge Matte Head Extra does exactly that. My hair stays in place all day, it doesn't look shiny and it looks natural/not stiff. I have been using this product now for around a year and can't see myself looking for anything else.It is expensive, but it consistently holds my hair in whichever style I choose to have it in, and so in my opinion the price is justified.

This is a good hair product, I've tried a lot of different brands before but none match up to this. Looks great when applied and washes out easily. It also leaves your hair smelling fruity which is a bonus! I suppose the only possible downside is that you don't get much, only 85ml, but if you have short hair (as I do) then it'll last ages anyway, and all things being considered it's very reasonably priced. Highly Recommended.

After Bed Head changed their matte wax (and ruining a loyal following of customers), I saw good reviews for this wax, so thought I'd give it a go.I would say this is better than the Bed Head wax I used before!It holds really well, leaves absolutely no grease in terms of look & ticks all the boxes. It's not easy to find a good wax and the price is certainly justified by the quality of product.Highly recommended.

Peu de cire suffit pour une bonne tenue des cheveux, l'effet est naturel, idéal pour eviter le look "mouillé", la cire n'est pas pas grasse et ne reste pas collée aux mains, elle se rincé facilement.

One of the best matter I've tried. Super strong and almost invisible. Too bad they only make it in Europe.
