My lovely boy is almost 13 now and started suffering really badly with arthritis last winter and could hardly walk, shaking and trembling legs leaving him struggling to even go for toilet visits. After medication from the vet which upset his tummy a lot and made him quite poorly, I started looking for a natural supplement instead. After trying two other products which didn't seem to help him much, I came across MaxxiFlex Plus. This contains a variety of quality ingredients that research suggested would be beneficial for an older dog like mine. Wanting an effective treatment that left my dog pain-free and able to walk more easily, I decided to try MaxxiFlex and bought it in May. You are recommended to give a double dose initially, but that upset my lads tummy (although he has always had a sensitive stomach). I reduced the dose to the normal recommended (2 tablets a day for him). Unlike lots of dogs seem, he doesn't like the taste, so I break them in half and squash a bit of sandwich spread around them. He gobbles them straight down now! My dog has gone from being in agony and unable to get up without help when he's been lying down, to getting to his feet on his own and walking without wobbling and also seems to have no pain. While he will never be racing around like he used to, for an arthritic dog he does get around just fine without needing help to stand. He is now going for 3 short walks a day, slowly I admit, but he seems to enjoy them and its helping him to keep more mobile. The rest of the day he wanders round the garden as he likes and it has restored quality of life for him. If you have a problem with your own dog, I highly recommend you give this product a try for a couple of months. It has been so beneficial for my lad, worth every penny spent.

I use Maxxi Cardio and Maxxi Same for my dogs and both products are superb, and have had a profound benefit to their health . Off the back of this , I ordered Maxxi Flex for the dog that has arthritis. He loved the taste, but within a week I noticed each time he had had the tablet, he looked very bloated and was licking his tummy. I followed instructions to reduce the dose, but it still seemed to trigger bloating. So last week, I witheld the tablet all week , and no bloating whatsoever. Yesterday I tried a tablet again and within a few minutes , he was laying out with his bloated tummy and licking his tummy . I can't say which ingredient triggers this, but my instinct tells me it may be the liver in the product because he doesn't do well on any offal . A great shame as I have about 95 tablets left, and I do believe they were improving his mobility and joints . I must stress , the other products I use from Maxxi Paws are fantastic. EDIT; Maxxi paws contacted me via email to offer advice and assistance on the dose for Louie. Very helpful, with detailed knowledge and a potential plan to start him again at a much lower dose, as he can be sensitive to offal. And to very gradually, increase the dose and see how he goes. I intend to try this , and will post an update here, or a further review if that seems the better option. But how to fault such good customer service? Dachshund will be pleased to try them again, since he loves the taste , and I am pleased to give it another try, because of the great ingredients in this tablet . Maxxi paws also refunded my payment for this item in case it doesnt work out. This was unprompted, and I was astonished by this since I have had the product for 5 weeks now . An indication of the approach this company takes to customer service.

I was actually looking for another similar made by a US company before I committed to this product (mainly as it was out of stock on Amazon / unavailable in the UK and I refused to pay £30 postage for a £30 product directly to the manufacturer). And like (I assume) everyone else I was a little apprehensive about the claims and feedback for this product, but I am quietly surprised by the results. My 8 year old female boxer (think Clearscore) was very slow and lethargic who would plod around with my other dogs but not really engage and has issues with allergic reactions on her coat and has to take a small amount of steroids to control it. On her last big flare up the Vet also confirmed some osteoarthritis and the prognosis was not good. The steroids had bitten too. The vet has never recommend any attempt to find what the allergic reactions related too because we could still be searching the raft of products (or combination of them) and the chance of finding the cause is so small. So with this new diagnosis she was prescribe pain relief, The only signs of any pain shown was that she would lift one of her back paws after a walk or moving after a heavy bout of sofa snoring (which I might add she is very good at.) which would stay with her all day. So I wanted something that was herbal, natural and safe bearing in mind the conditions she has. And this product worked and I don’t just mean worked. I have never seen such a transformation. I can confirm that yes although she has her slow moments (sniffing the grass, drinking from puddles, drinking from more puddles and sniffing the grass again) she now takes an active part in play with a 9 month puppy hound, chasing the ball and play fighting. In fact sometimes I have to calm her down as she wants to go on for longer. In fact I try and make sure she doesn’t over exert herself, she has a different leash of life. The paw lifting has reduced dramatically and although she does lift her paw after a sofa snore its now more like the stiffness you or I get after sitting for a long time and is gone within a minute or two. Do I recommend this product, you bet! In fact I’ve also recently started giving it to my 8 year old Jack Russell who was just showing signs of having difficulty keeping up with the same puppy hound and I am now about to order my second bottle. In fact so far everything is great, Ok the tablets are big but crushed in your fingers (or spoon) in their favourite food and its gone, no hesitation. I can only say that this product has worked for mine, like everything there’s no guarantee it will work for yours, but I would recommend you try.

Very happy the first vitamins I got for my god and even being like a pill for him is like candy. He easily eat it . And I believe is good for him. He has artrosis at young age.

Lo compré para un pastor alemán de 12 años que sufría de la cadera. Le alivió durante unos meses y mejoró un poco pero hay que tener en cuenta que esto es una ayuda y no va a curar al perro. Aún así lo recomiendo, toda ayuda es buena y se apreció una mejora pero insisto en que no arregla lo inevitable

Ich gebe meiner Hündin schon seit einigen Monaten, neben einer Behandlung, diese Tabletten zur Unterstützung ihrer Arthrose bedingten Probleme. Auch wenn sie kein Heilmittel sind, merke ich seither einen positiven Unterschied in ihrer Beweglichkeit, welcher mir bei anderen Produkten leider fehlte.

Mon Golden Retriever a 16 ans, il a la pêche, mais comme tous les chiens, il a de l'arthrose, et donc du mal à se lever, il tombe aussi. D'habitude j'achète du Seraquin, j'ai essayé ce complément (la base est la même: chondro/glucosamine) et il se déplace déjà mieux au bout de deux jours. Dès que j'arrête de lui donner ces compléments alimentaires, il n'arrive plus à se lever. C'est efficace!!!! Je lui donne bien pendant les repas pour éviter les brûlures d'estomac (nous, on ne le sait pas peuchère). Ce produit est donc aussi efficace que le Seraquin et en plus il y a deux fois plus de cachets pour 6 euros de plus seulement, c'est donc plus avantageux. Comme ces cachets en général sont apétants, les chiens les avalent sans problème (d'autre part, la livraison a été rapide, c'est appréciable aussi!)

Questo prodotto ha il massimo dei voti per il fatto che è gradito al mio cane . È sempre un problema somministrargli pillole mentre questo prodotto spezzato o no non rimane mai nella ciotola . Per quanto riguarda l’efficacia o meno ci vuole tempo e comunque se l’artrosi è molto avanzata si deve ricorrere a farmaci veri e propri. Parlare col proprio veterinario della assunzione di qualsiasi prodotto è comunque la giusta prassi . Gli animali sono comunque molto più ricettivi rispetto a noi alle sostanze naturali concentrate perché non sono assuefatti ad esse e in questo prodotto c è tutto ciò che serve al metabolismo delle articolazioni. Il prezzo purtroppo è sempre la nota dolente di questi prodotti ma se vi guardate in giro non è eccessivo .
