High quality and good value
Good quality and a little goes a long way for detailing, delivers a good solid gold that stays gold unlike some others that quickly fade to a yellow/green.

Works well through an airbrush
I paint a lot of gaming miniatures and use this ink for highlighting through my air brush. The ink produces an amazing fine finish over my miniโs and flows amazingly well through the airbrush. Great product and has great opaque coverage.

RED!
Absolutely striking blood red color! I shouldโve sanded my book edges a bit more, but this color is amazing! Goes on smoothly. Definitely more smooth and even than acrylic paint. (1:1 ink + water, as was advised to me) My only issue is itโs transferring, despite having days to dry now. Yet still when I fan through the pages my thumb comes back tinted red. Which apparently is not supposed to happen with using ink. So Iโm not sure what is happening there. These books will just be for me so Iโm not overly worried about it but I would definitely need to do more experimenting before I decided to use this on books meant to be sold. โโโ Update: so they did eventually stop transferring. I guess it just still wasnโt totally dry and needed A LOT of time. Iโm guessing I just had too much ink. I have had more success with quicker drying by using the teeniest bit more water - for every 10 drops of ink I add an extra drop of water (so 10 ink + 11 water). I donโt know what this is in ratio, sorry lol. I am trying to avoid adding too much water since itโs still a book. Anyway this *seems* to be working slightly better and drying a bit quicker, though I still leave it in the press for a few hours before removing/touching at all.

Great, fantastic colors
I love these acrylic inks so far. I currently prefer it over copic marks for coloring my illustrations because it more bang for your buck, and one drop goes a long way! It is lightfast, very fluid, can be thicken with the pouring solution to create cool effects. They can be mixed to create more colors, and thinned out with water to create light washes. Similar to watercolor, but it doesn't need that much water to do it. More versatile compared to markers. Still playing around with colors to see how they stacked up on top of each other. I played around with it and created two octopi, with it. The purple octopus is mainly a violet with a muted green. I played around with it, and did the shadows first and then when over it with watered down violet, and came out cool. The paper is just regular 90lb drawing paper, and only warped a little when i did my washes with water. The orange octopus is the same, but did shadow with muted green, then a wash of yellow, and then a light wash of red to give me the orange hue. OH! it also does not bleed through the paper. just fyi I haven't use them in this way, but you can add the ink to refillable markers. but google "Acrylic Ink Refillable Markers " and it should come up, so i can wait til i experiment with this, in that way. will update review if anything else comes to mind, but i love them so far.

Good color, good brand, great item.
Item came quickly and this time it was the correct color. I'm impressed with Amazon on how quickly they turned around my request for a replacement as the first one came in the correctly labeled box but was the wrong color inside. Liquitex is a great brand used widely by many hobbyist, artists and crafters. It's great for water color artwork, pen ink and for tinting miniatures which is what I use it for. This is listed as a transparent color although you'll want to apply it thinly or thin it down (with a base color) if you want to only slightly tint a base color. This is a good standard price and the shipping with prime was free! Other sites charge less for the item but then charge almost most more for shipping. I'm very happy with this purchase.
