I am reliant on this for relief of joint pain - very effective strength for me. Helps with peri-menopausal aches and pains. Only downside for some people could be that tablets are large - not an issue for me but worth considering. Apart from the package being opened prior to delivery, the contents seemed to be in good order and sealed, the Nu U, Taste ok, smell ok, container is of a good size, help with Pain relief, Sleep Quality, Energy levels increase
