Good all-round supplement if you want to cover a few essentials in one go. The tablets aren’t huge, easy enough to swallow, and there’s no chalky aftertaste. Nice to have calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D together so you’re not messing around with separate bottles.After taking them for a bit, you do feel a bit more balanced — less muscle tightness, better energy and generally just healthier day to day. I bought these after reading the excellent reviews. I was a little worried about the size of the capsules but although quite big, they are very easy to swallow and I do usually struggle with large tablets!I’ve been on these for 5 days now and have a number of auto-immune related problems which also cause fatigue. Since taking these tablets, I’ve been sleeping well, energy levels have increased and I feel so much better health-wise. I usually have back-ache after work and I’ve been pain free this week. I’m hoping they will help with migraines too, not had a migraine yet!As I have Ulcerative Colitis, Magnesium deficiency can be a problem so I’m very pleased I started taking these as even after 5 days, I am noticing an improvement in my health!

I like these supplements and expect they are helping me to stay healthy. My only slight gripe is that they position the product with 365 tablets which leads you to surmise that they are an annual purchase. However you need to take tablets daily which I positions the 365 quantity as slightly misleading.

Product as described, prompt order/delivery

Having had a Dexa bone density scan, I found out I was 'a bit low'. I started taking these supplements about 6 months ago and went for another Dexa scan a few weeks back. There has been an improvement in my bone density. My diet hasn't changed and I don't exercise as such. I have been on hormone therapy medication for breast cancer, which had put me back through the menopause. As a result, I'm closely monitored to make sure my bone density isn't being affected too much by the medication. Since nothing has changed regarding my lifestyle or medication, the improvement must be down to the supplements.Negatives, the tablets are a bit big, but for me personally, I'm able to take my concoction of 9 tablets every evening in one mouthful and swallow them all down in one go. For people who struggle to swallow tablets, I'd suggest the tablets are snapped in two so they are the size of a regular paracetamol tablet.

Capsules are massive, sometimes difficult to swallow and you need to take 2 per day. Unnecessary compared to other products out there. 3 tmstar because it does what it says, but are unnecessarily huge
