i been using Feroglobin Gentle Iron and Nutrient Liquid, and I couldn't be happier with the results! This product has truly exceeded my expectations. Great iron+ many essential minerals, vitamins supplement which helps to reduce tiredness or lethargy. Being a vegetarian and lacking carnivorous sources of iron this supplement makes it easy to meet the recommended daily iron intake for adults. Easy to use, for adults two teaspoons (5ml each) a day.

My hemoglobin is usually on the low side and I am vegetarian, so I started using this product and found that the values when tested are now on the normal side. I did discover recently that I have been taking only 1/2 the dose, 1 teaspoon per day and have recently added the second teaspoon, one in the am and 1 in the pm. I did consult with my doctor who mentioned that I should not take any other type of vitamin while on this product as it would increase the maximum dose of some of the vitamins. The only drawback is that I prefer to purchase the larger bottle and it has not been available this year, 2025.
