Just arrived and it’s very watery, should it be like this or more of a gel texture?

It is very watery but give it a really good shake, it gets a little thicker, not much. I wouldn’t buy this again

Can you wear this without foundation?

Yes you can but i prefer to wear mine with foundation as it helps my foundation to stay put longer

Will this primer work well with powder foundation?

Yes works really well with all foundations
