How do you switch train on? Batteries are in the right way + on left - on right

The battery on the left hand side should be inserted minus (-) side down and the battery on the right side should be plus (+) side down. Try switching their positions. The use of high capacity alkaline batteries is recommended over re-chargeable ones.

Are both trains battery powered

The Blue Train Engine is battery powered for forward and reverse travel. The red push along Train does not require batteries.

Does anyone else's blue battery powered train pulse and make a whirring sound and struggle to get around? Not sure if we have a defective train

The battery on the left hand side should be inserted minus (-) side down and the battery on the right side should be plus (+) side down. Try switching their positions. The use of high capacity alkaline batteries is recommended over re-chargeable ones.

The train for the battery operated carriage has a loose magnet. Has anyone else got this problem? Where can I contact the seller to report this?

We have this in our set that I’ve just opened. Did you get a replacement train and if so who did you contact? thank You
