Was very excited to receive this. When it arrived it was very easy to put together however I had to change back to my old chair due to the fact any slight movement forwards or backwards pulled the screws out and made the stool unstable and unsafe to sit on. Very very disappointed in this product. Not worth the money unless you're willing to sit totally still while using it!!!!

Ok for the price I suppose although disappointed to find one of the fascia timbers (under the cushion) was shorter than the others leaving a gap between the leg. Does the job but nothing to get excited about.Update to 4 stars 11th July.So concerned were Songmics with the fault a replacement stool was delivered within a week. This is exactly as described with all parts the correct size.5 stars for service and delivery from Songmics

Don't waste your money on this stool. This stool looked good at first but after having it eight months it has collapsed. The legs are held on by two retaining allen key screws. These need tightening every week as they work loose. The main problem is that the top and supporting frame are made from MDF and are only pinned together. If the whole stool was made of wood it would be great but using MDF does not make it strong enough to sit on and over time it will break. On closer reading of the description they basically recommend you don't sit on it! I know its cheap but it should but suitable to use it every day.

The quality of this stool is great! The image however wasn't accurate- please note that this stool doesn't come with the embossed design as advertised on the image. Songmics however, were quick to rectify this confusion with me and have provided me with a stool with the embossed design. Beautiful design and white as in image. Fits perfectly in my room. Thank u Songmics! Great product and definitely recommend this brand.

Looks good but fabric quite thin and Allen key needed regularly as screws loosen quickly causing stool to wobble with normal wear, used generally once daily while getting ready in the morning. 2 corner supports split after a short while where screws constantly need tightening. I had to glue both supports under the seat of the stool. my last stool lasted 15+ years!

Bought this for the wife to use on her dressing table.Good looking product and very comfortable to sit on. Been using this for over a year now and don't see any sag in the cushion so it's very well made and had lasted daily use.Easy to keep clean and looks great

Nails rusty underneath, luckily you don't see them - it's not cheap though so expect to use decent quality product. Stool is very sturdy though.Update - customer service was very apologetic and quickly sent a replacement (I was told to just keep the first stool) , the seat on this was discoloured. You can see the line where the expected whiter colour around the bottom of the seat and the yellowish discoloured fabric at the top. Good quality product, it appears to be a problem with warehouse storage. I didn't want a replacement even though it would have been offered. I shall try recover myself.
