Yeah, was in the hospital outpatients seeing a skin specialist, and in passing he recommended it to me for red/flaky facial skin caused by yeast/fungal.
Have used it for years on nose & forehead. Rub it in while getting into the shower, don't need much, leave about 3 mins, then rub off vigorously with yr fingers under the spray and the excess cells will just fall away leaving smooth skin. Don't use too often, maybe alternate with Lush Soak & Float for max effect.

It's supposed to contain 2% ketoconazole as the key ingredient but I can't see it listed on the ingredients?
