I’m going straight in with a 5 star. I’ve been taking them for a little over a week, food noise is gone, and I’ve had no unwanted side effects. My food choices have also been far more thought out. Less comfort, more healthy. I started on one tablet, twice a day; one tablet, three times a day; and now two in the morning, one midday, two in the evening. I’ve lost more than 2kg in the first week. Along with being more active.

I’ve only really started with them but they do make you feel slightly full which is good but it’s willpower as well. If you do both together then I’m hoping they’ll help me lose weight. You do need to drink lots of water with them.

Can't say it stopped my hunger but it certainly made me feel full up quicker. The only problem was the amount of water you have to drink with it. I had to stop because l was forever going to the loo for a wee day and night. If you soak the tables in water you get a sort of gloop which is tasteless you can mix it with fruit juice to make. it more palatable l'm giving that a try to see if that works better. I can't say l've lost weight yet PS weighed myself yesterday and l've lost about 3Ib

I brought these tablets to help Kurd my appetite while using a calorie counting diet . I took two tablets as directed well before breakfast with 500ml of water . By mid afternoon I was feeling bloated but soon after I experienced excruciating pain in my stomach which was really debilitating coming in waves filled by severe diarrhoea and sickness for 24 hours all through the night it was unbearable. I have not felt right since and now I can’t go to the toilet 4 days after the diarrhoea stopped , I am still feeling discomfort from my stomach. I put two tablets in a glass of water after about 30/40 minutes they broke open and a gel like fiberous tissue came out , if that’s what is in my stomach no wonder I’m in pain . Maybe if you want to try these only take 1 tablet instead of two , mine are in the bin .

Don’t know how it works but it does. Appetite curbed. Food noise quietened. Just take one a day when I remember. Definitely worth a try.

I cannot give a true reflection on the effectiveness of these capsules as yet as I have only just begun taking them.
