Mastika 500mg Mastic Gum - Pack of 60 Vegetarian Capsules

Arrived swiftly. Quality excellent. Gluten free. This really has been a life saver due to problems with H. pylori. My symptoms: breathless at times (like mild asthma attacks), wheezy cough, reflux problems, soreness at the base and centre of chest, lots of burping, belching, flatulence & indigestion and feeling nauseous when I bend down i.e. for weeding, washing floors etc. On going for 18 months. Had chest x-ray & all clear. Test for HP positive. Starting on my 2nd month of taking mastic gum. Not fully better yet but huge improvement. All I can say is thank goodness for mastic gum. Don't really want to go down the route of taking antibiotics if I can avoid it. I think I will take this for 3 months (2 capsules before bed on a reasonably empty stomach every night) and see where I am then. But huge improvement in my symptoms so far.

This product is just amazing! I’m a diabetic and have suffered with Candida overgrowth, IBS, GERD, post nasal drip and what feels like costochondritis for the past year. I have tried a whole range of probiotics and vitamin supplements to help alleviate the pain, fatigue, brain fog and horrid symptoms that these illnesses bring. Three days into taking Mastika and my symptoms are rapidly lifting. I feel like a new person! The relief is incredible. Still early days, but all positive so far. I would strongly recommend this product to anybody suffering with similar conditions. This will definitely be my go to from now on.

I thought I would try Mastic Gum as I have tried everything else without success to help get rid of Silent Reflux but Mastic Gum actually works, I read the science behind the supplement and I decided that they were worth a try. I started to take two capsules before I went to bed but on the 3rd day the Re flux appeared to be a little worse (which you are warned about) but on the 4th day things started to settle down. I continued to take them for 10 days and then stopped and still no Re flux but then I ate something that I shouldn't have so I started to take them again and I was fine the next morning. I am sure in my case that this supplement works. I was skeptical when I read other customer reviews but I agree with them now that they do stop that awful Re flux.

I started taking these after the tablets that my GP have me did not get rid of the H-Pylori, however I have also been on antibiotics too, but I do believe that these have definitely worked. I certainly do not have the pain and discomfort associated with H-Pylori and feel a lot better. But do exercise too.

I've been having digestive problems since I became pregnant with my son 20 years ago. I was placed on powerful prescription ant acids for 6 years (ive since found out I shouldn't have been on them for longer than a month!). I was diagnosed with h pylori and thought the anti biotic would resolve it but h pylori is a pesky little s**t and it was still lurking. my digestion got so bad I couldnt eat anything and I had a constant metallic taste in my mouth, bloated all the time, constant craving for sugar, desperate depression, anxiety, brain fog, anemia, pale skin and gums, hair loss, constipation, hyperpigmentation (through b12 deficiency..the h pylori hijacks it) I took these I felt like I could finally feel normal again. I've been taking biotin for the hair loss and it's definitely working as my hairs not been this thick since I was in my twenties..do your research as there are a hos of other supplements that can work in partnership with this amazing product..good luck

First of all, these seem to be helping me, but I can't get over how expensive they are. I take these to help with my stomach issues in which I'm finding that they seem to be helping me. Easy to swallow, well packaged and does what I need them to do. No weird after taste and ice not had any side affects to them. My only concern is that I feel these are pretty expensive, so I can't get them a bigger rating due to this.

I have been suffering from gastritis for 8 months & PPIs only seemed to make it worse. I had tried altering my diet, avoiding coffee/tea, fizzy drinks, fatty & spicy foods & chocolate but to no avail. I am HP negative & don’t really take much ibuprofen so my gastroenterologist, although readily able to tell me what isn’t causing it, hasn’t been able to offer any solutions. I was despairing that I was just going to have to live with the pain & the endless belching. I ordered this a few days ago after seeing it mentioned numerous times in online articles & reading the excellent reviews here on Amazon. I confess I still wasn't expecting much of an effect but how wrong I was! After taking it for just 3 nights I am already noticing an improvement. Whereas before, I would have pain throughout the day, particularly when my stomach was empty, today I just had an hour or so of discomfort before dinner. I will be continuing & am hopeful that things will continue to improve. I have also started taking L glutamine, Zinc Carnosine & a digestive enzyme but it is definitely the Mastika which seems to give noticeable immediate relief. Thank heaven for the Internet because often doctors are really not very helpful at all!

I bought this to take for an upset digestive system. I had used it years ago for a digestive upset that was not responding to usual otc digestive medication. It worked a treat then and it worked again in November 2020. A digestive upset that was probably exacerbated by the stresses of recent times and not paying proper attention to what I've been eating esp as I know I have a gut that reacts to certain foods and even more to certain stresses. I had bought it from a high street shop online during one of our lockdowns where I live. It was cheaper on Amazon. I will prob not be able to purchase it here again due to Brexit and customs excise that will apply now your not in the EU which is a pity.
