Shnuggle Baby Bath with Bum Bump Support and Cosy Foam Back Rest

Should have purchased this sooner! We got it for our 6 month daughter (now 10 months) and she loves being able to sit up herself. As a parent I know she's comfortable and supported too by the back, sides and clever bump at the bottom to stop her slipping forward. Of course with any baby bath time you must constantly supervise the baby, but it's so much easier with the Shnuggle as you can generally free up both hands (when your baby is able to sit up unaided) for washing, playing etc - compared to a traditional baby bath tub, where you baby can slip about easily. The Shnuggle is a great compact size (could be easily used outside of the main family bath tub as you do not need to fill it with much water (or if you don't have a bath tub). Very economical use of water and filling it is really fast from a bath tap. It is very sturdy, non slip feet keep it in place. Would recommend, especially as the most is good value too.

My daughter absolutely LOVES this bath. We should have bought this from day dot really. I am a bit of a bargain hunter and had got one of them changing tables/bath combo units; so we started off with that. Little girl decided it would be great fun to keep pushing on the bottom of her old bath, which then meant her head was over the edge so it was harder to rinse her hair...so I did some research.I nearly got the angelcare one, but i didn't want it to be so shortlived as she was about 3 months old at this point. The beauty of this bath is that you can use it up to a year old.My little lady loves that she is sat up, the first time she was in it she had a good splash with her hands. It fits into your bath easily, it has a little fill line written on, and is very stable. It is sturdy and well made. Sometimes my daughter lollops to one side in it, i don't know if that's because she is still in the process of learning to sit up or if she just lollops anyway!Another bonus is that I can now bath her on my own. If she has a poonami and there are not enough wipes in the world, then it is easy to strip her, fill the little tub and plonk her in it. In a traditional baby bath, one had to hold her (she is a wriggly little mite) and the other did the washing.

Over all, a really good product and absolutely worth the money. Really handy after having a c section and not being able to do much I was able to sit on the floor or at the table with this and bath my baby... it also saves water as it really doesn’t take much. I only have two small issues with this, 1: my baby slips sideways a little bit when in the bath on the seat part, however I wouldn’t leave him unattended so I just sit him back up straight, and 2: one of the grips off the bottom keeps falling off, but it is very easy to put back on. Even with this faults I would still purchase this bath again, my little boy really enjoys having a bath in this bath and I enjoy how easy it is to bath him anywhere in the house! I also love the fact it’s good for the environment as does not waste water.

I'll keep this short and simple - if you have a baby and want to bath them regularly stop reading the reviews and hit the buy button, it really is that simple.This is brilliantly designed and our baby adores bathing in it. It doesn't take up too much room and doesn't need loads of water. They are supported and comfortable - so much so that we use this 'dry' with a blanket around the house as our little one enjoys sitting up in it so much, and it is much more portable than his large rocker chair. He is so happy to be sat in it watching what you are doing it's great for all those times you just need somewhere safe and secure to prop them up for 5 minutes while you need your hands free, especially when they are too young to support their own head fully.I would recommend this bath to anybody - if you're looking to get someone who is pregnant a gift, get them this - they will love you for it!

With a proud grandmother looking to buy a few items for her first grandchild this baby bath was one of the items on the list and was gratefully received by the new parents. a normal sized bath is too much for a small baby, meaning that the parent has to be ever-watchful to ensure that the bay doesn't slip or bang their delicate head against the bath, and that the water doesn't get too cold either. This Shnuggle™ baby bath copes admirably with both of those issues. It's just the right size to house a new born baby in a fairly upright position ensuring that the water covers them adequately. It has some nice features, such as a soft foam back which retains heat well, and featuring an ergonomic shape that not only is warm it will also grip onto the baby's back reducing any chance of them slipping, something which is all too easy in a standard bath. The shape of the baby also means that baby's head is controlled too - their head won't flop around or need support from the parent meaning that both hands are free to wash baby, a very useful feature. All the surfaces remain warm and soft to the touch, with absolutely no sharp edges to catch, and with it's compact size meaning the water will stay at a suitable temperature for longer.There's what is styled as a 'bum bump' - basically the base of the bath isn't flat, rather it features a natural curve which means that the baby is positioned in a relaxed, comfortable and reclined state, with their legs bent over the bump at the knees. That natural position is also training your baby to sit up when they are able to begin supporting themselves a little. There's no chance that the baby will fall forward into the bath due to the well thought out shape and size, with just two litres of water necessary to give them a thorough bathing, a feature I like a lot when a baby is quite capable of requiring a good wash at both ends regularly and with many houses now operating on water meters.The base of the bath features non-slip rubber feet so whether this is situated on a carpet or in the household bath to save splashes this baby bath isn't going anywhere until you want it to, a feature I like. It's suitable for new born children through to around a year old, which I think is quite a good timespan for a quickly growing youngster.The form of this bath has obviously been given a lot of thought - functionality takes top billing here with baby supported on all sides and with everything soft, warm and comforting meaning that baby should hopefully enjoy the experience rather than becoming distressed. It's a boon for parents with the shape meaning the bath takes control of the baby and they can relax and enjoy the bonding experience rather than having to be on constant guard. It's small size means with plenty of other things taking over the household this won't take up a whole lot of space and is easily stored, whilst the material means it's easy to clean and empty too. A nice product.
