When my usual Bcaa ran out and I couldn’t re-order because it was out of stock I looked for an alternative to use in the meantime, after a bit of research I came across this one and gave it a try… I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and this is my conclusion… firstly it’s meant to be unflavoured so wasn’t expecting it to taste of anything but the taste is not very nice even when mixed with a flavoured drink but it is bearable, but secondly and most importantly the recovery after a workout isn’t great, with my usual brand I actually feel nothing even after a heavy full on workout but with this I ache quite a bit afterwards, I used to think that my usual brand wasn’t actually doing anything and that my body had just adapted but since the switch to these I can definitely say that they did work and I will be switching back at my earliest convenience. Everyone is different and different things work better for different people but this product didn’t work for me! If you are wondering what my usual brand is and what I will be switching back to, it is………. Muscletech BCAA 8:1:1 tablets!

Tastes great as it's Unflavoured so I am able to put into my favourite protein shakes without it affecting the flavour and love the fact that this version has no dyes in the ingredients.I have been using it to help with my weight training workouts for over 2 years now and have never looked back - I feel it contributes to better recovery and strength gains.Would definitely recommend

Doesn't taste good, but it's better than flavoured one which leaves artificial sweeteners taste in my mouth for couple of hours that I can't wash it off with water. I take this powder just b4 I'm gonna eat my meal , pour this powder straight to my mouth and then drink water.

I had not used EVL prior to a few months ago and was researching top products via bodybuilding.com and found EVL was up there and decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed and they have won me over. I found that taking this regularly has really improved my workouts. I've been lifting weights I had never attempted to pick up previously which is a great morale boost. I went for Unflavoured because I blend it with my protein so it doesnt really affect the taste at all. This brand has won me over and I'm filling my cupboards with all EVL products

I recently bought BCAA 5000 Unflavoured and decided to give it a review. I bought the unflavoured because I prefer to mix it in to squash, which I did and thankfully it mixed well leaving hardly any of the bitter taste you get from the usual unflavoured BCAA powders. While using this product, I noticed an improvement in recovery and even energy, I felt I was able to go harder and for longer in my gym sessions, Overall I feel this is a great product that does what it is supposed to do, and at a great price

Fantastic product been using this for a good while now along with protein for when i attend the gym 6 days a week i have to say this is a fantastic product as i do a lot of weightlifting in the gym and i can definitely see a big improvement in my muscle growth and strength and i definitely have a lot more endurance in the gym as i am able to train for 3 hours a day without running out of stamina so would highly recommend this product for use in the gym will definitely be buying again in future reference.

What can I say....great additional supplementto boost and strengthen my performance for cycling and mtb.Highly recommend , mixes well with other products.
