How do you get the extending handle to go down?

Looking at the picture, you can see where the extension pulls out. In the middle there is a small plastic catch that you just releast and then you can push the handle down.

Will you refund as per 3 year guarantee as advertised as its broken on its first outing!

If that is what amtech have printed on their guarantee, then refer the problem to Amazon, adding a photograph as evidence, as I did with the last product I bought that was faulty. I have always found Amazon to be totally fair and to look take seriously any faults that arise, but you must alert them straight away.
