I chose this item for it's lower salt content. I am pleased there are people making products with lower salt and sugar. It makes the gravy a little too much like soup and I use it in these, but not on roasts. Comparing it with oxo and the other well known items, it compares well.

Tasty, you don't need much!
I drink this with hot water. It's got a strong taste, so I only use half, or a little I've, of a teaspoon.

Tastes great as soup stock! Just ensure to properly dissolve the veggie stock in water to prevent clumping.
