Brilliant mug! I bought a few different mugs for Christmas, every mug makes people smile. Gone are the days of asking whose cup is whose, everybody in our house knows whose cup is whose, and everyone smiles at these when they come visit. Bear in mind, activated by heat, so those fussy bods who only want half a cup of tea,... only get half the effect. Fill the cup up to about an inch from the top to see the whole image for best results. Not a complaint or a problem, more of a hint.

Mug arrived well packaged and in a timely manner.Firstly this mug has nothing to do with the walking dead.When cold this mug is a dark chocolate color but when it is filled with hot water it quickly changes to white revealing it's design and giving a nice effect and changes back again as it cools. The design is partially visible when the mug is cold but I don't find this an issue. Had a good chuckle when I brought it to work and my colleagues liked it some much one of them nicked it.Very happy with my mug while it lasted.

Overall a great idea and a good novelty gift for someone who is a fan of the show, but despite having no damage to the packaging when item was delivered item was damaged. Transfer round the mug that changes colour was scratched right across the middle of one of the zombies and kinda of ruins the look. Was bought as a gift so didn't open straight away by time I had opened and gave the gift to my uncle and we noticed it was too late to return/exchange the item.

ordered this for my son who loves walking dead. when the hot water went into the cup even he said it looked creepy. he was very pleased with it and hasn't stopped using it. it looks exactly as it does in the picture. it arrived in time for Christmas and was securely packaged. would re-order from this seller in the future

OMG AMAZING!Arrived as a black mug, wasn’t overly impressed. Made a hot drink... BINGO!The picture slowly appeared. Everybody comments on my funky mug. A must for any walking dead fan.

Bought for friend as a birthday present. Had the desired affect of making her jump and as a walking dead fan she loved it. It has a frosted glass look as though the walker is really behind a window. Only minor point is it doesn't say The Walking Dead anywhere on it...

As this was meant to be just a novelty, I expected it to be rather rubbish, but was amazed when I looked at it without any hot liquid in it. You can only faintly see an outline of some of the image and my gosh, when you put hot water in it, it is brilliant. Totally changes. I told my husband there is a zombie image on it and he didn't believe me and then watched in amazement as the cup turned white and image became clear. Really great gift.
