Hi, does anyone know if these tablets take time to build up in your system or do they work instantly? Thanks.

I found they worked almost immediately. I had arthritis up the left arm which went away just after taking them. It depends on how chronic the pain is. My mother takes them, and it reduces the pain. She would be in agony without them. But it won’t get rid of chronic arthritis.
