Not much to report.really .but really Good SUN DIAL..Heavy material ...Slate I believe,so wouldn't want to drop it,, overall good though,

Arrived chipped
I bought this as a 25th wedding anniversary gift, which I presented at the weekend. It's a beautiful item – but as soon as they took it out of the box we noticed the edge is chipped (as shown in the photo, in the shade). It must have been packed that way as the chip is not in the box. From reading other reviews, we can see this is not the only example of a chipped sundial. The recipients said they don't mind, and they've chosen to keep it, but it's disappointing.

Not tested accuracy, but this is more of a garden ornament. Nicely designed and well made. Very easy to assemble.

Lovely sun dial
This is a lovely sundial and is a good size. It quite thick and clearly marked. It needs to be better packaged to be sent out. It arrived in an Amazon paper bag. The peak is flat for packaging and wrapped in some thin foamy packaging. The first one arrived with the peak broken into 3 pieces so I exchanged it. The second one arrived today and although not broken it does have a chip out of it. I have kept it as it’s slate and I can live with the chip also this is probably how good it’s going to arrive. If they were packaged more securely they would be great

Disappointed.
Firstly this is a beautiful slate Sundial but unfortunately mine arrived damaged at the side. As it was well packaged I assume the one I got was faulty before packing. It was for an anniversary gift so I had to return it which was a bit inconvenient. But if you are lucky enough to get a perfect one it is a beautiful item.
