Works like a charm
Works great in separating the yolks from the whites, and it's big enough to rest over a glass or small bowl. The yolk doesn't break and it's quick in separating as well, overall a great product that does what it says on the tin and at a good price.

Handy little gadget
This is much better than my previous method of using two halves of the egg shell - BUT, it could be a bit better. The whites sometimes get stuck in the slits round the sides. Perhaps they should be a little bit wider?But compared to my previous method, much, much better.

Works perfectly
An excellent and simple little piece of kitchen kit. Break the egg and pour it into the egg separator. The egg white drains through the slots in the side of the separator and the yolk is left behind. It is simple, it works and it takes a lot of the hassle out of making mayonnaise! It also goes through the dishwasher quite happily.

A good tool.
I was sceptical about buying this, however, I have used this about 3 or 4 times and I'm very happy with it. I crack the shell on a hard surface like I usually do and plop the egg into separator. You might have to jig it about a bit to get rid of the egg white to fall out of the side, but it's not a problem. I recommend purchasing for an amateur baker.

Works Perfectly
Got this for my Dad because he loves his kitchen gadgets! It's really simple and a good price so definitely good value for money.

It does not separate the yolk and egg white.
A waste of money and a piece of rubbish. The egg white does not drop down and separate from the egg yolk. It’s just sit in the spoon no matter how I giggle it. End up having to use my hand to pull the egg white out. I’m going to use the original way and use the egg shell to separate the white.
