Great hairdryer !
Always buy Babyliss products as they are well made and good quality and go on performing for many years . I bought this on offer and it’s well worth the money . I am a professional hairdresser so I need a reliable hairdryer that performs well and this does . Powerful , not too heavy and long cable . I’m really happy with with it .

Best premium hair dryer under £100?
We also have the Babyliss Diamond which is the next model down in the Babyliss range. So why pay the extra for the 3Q top of the range Babyliss model? On the box it says it has 40% higher air pressure, and 20% faster air speed than the Diamond. This quartz ceramic super ionic feature produces even softer dried hair, with slightly more gloss than a standard iconic dryer. The digital motor is the standout feature and the backbone to the hairdryer, and is a delight to use. Smooth, efficient, extremely low friction which produces a very powerful blast with extremely fast drying. If you think the Babyliss Diamond is good (which it is for the lower price), this is in a different league. It is probably the best motor this side of a Dyson? It makes our other hairdryer motors seem agricultural in comparison. When you switch it off, the low friction of the motor means it continues to deliciously whirl for a few seconds after. This gives you a sense of the fine engineering that has gone into it. The heat settings seem optimal, and not too hot like some dryers and it has a fixed cold shot. The top speed is almost like one of those powerful hand dryers, not quite, but nearly! The weight distribution of the dryer is also beautifully balanced and the handle very comfortable to use, and is much lighter than the Babyliss Diamond too. The cord is heavier duty, thicker and more resistant to tangling as is more 'silky' in feel which is a good thing. The body has a slight rubberised coating. Was considering a Dyson, this seems an excellent and reasonably priced alternative (though not direct competitor) with a very powerful 'intelligent' digital motor that comes with a 10 year guarantee, and super ionic.

Just yes!
This is just perfect! And I know a thing or two about hairdryers. I have natural beach wave Scandinavian, medium thickness strands and a lot of them! So I need a powerful hairdryer to calm any frizz and unruly waves. I had a BaByliss Platinum Diamond that lasted about 8 years, it caved in last week, so I did quite a bit of research and landed on the 3Q. It’s pretty similar in size and power, but I really like how it doesn’t get as hot as the Diamond, even though I need heat to shape my hair, it seems to shape even better with less heat, which saves the hair from getting dry and crispy! It also feels like the blow dry is overall quicker than with the diamond and much less frizzy. I find it being very lightweight and the buttons on the handle doesn’t bother me at all, unlike some reviewers, they are placed there for easy thumb operation (thumbs up from me!) I cannot come to think of any cons with this tbh, so if you are looking for a sturdy hairdryer I’d go for this one💫

Very pleased
Great hairdryer, lightweight, excellent quality. Good speed and heat choices. Took off one star as it's not as quiet as my previous BaByliss dryer which lasted me 20+ years, sticking with the brand.

Premium quality dryer
After using a cheap hairdryer for years it decided to start smelling of burning so time to change. I bought a £25 dryer but it felt cheap and the cable was the thin flat hard plastic type which twists very easily so sent it back. I looked at the ‘premium’ dryers like Ghd and Cloud Nine but for £100+ to only get a 1 year warranty put me off. I saw this Babyliss dryer which was classed as Professional and it was on offer at around half the price of those salon dryers so decided to try it. As soon as you see the outer packaging you can tell it is a better quality product. No flimsy cardboard box, this is a open book type box with a sleeve over the top. Quite how they get the dryer in the box is puzzling as you need a degree to get it out without damaging the packaging but it can be done. Once out I was pleased to see that it had the professional type thicker round cable the same as the premium dryers and it was a very generous 3mtes long. The quality of the plastic and switches felt more premium compared to any dryer I have used. On to trying it and the motor actually sounds like a more expensive higher quality motor, which it is as it is digital as well as being the better AC type and the switches click nicely for the three heat and speed settings. The cold switch is illuminated when turned on and does provide a proper cold shot. If this is lit it overrides any heat setting so it needs to be off for hot air drying. The family all like this dryer and I am pleased I paid the extra for it and for £59 it is well worth it especially when you consider it has a 10 year motor guarantee, better than anything else on the market. In my opinion this is on an equal par if not better than those well known brands at virtually half there price. The warranty is the icing on the cake, no worries for years.

Great Dryer and Fantastic Service!
This is a really good dryer which is quieter and more lightweight than many other dryers out there. I have long, thick curly hair and when I use this dryer it really smooths and tames my hair. I also like that it has a 3m salon length cord the cold shot button is truely cold and not cool like many other dryers. After two years of daily use I had an issue with my hairdryer when the hot temperature started fluctuating. I emailed the Conair customer care team and the same day they emailed me a prepaid return label to send it back via courier. Only 4 days after posting back they contacted me and confirmed that because the dryer has a 10 year warranty and couldn't be repaired they would send me a replacement hairdryer and even added additional warranty to the new dryer. What can I say but great dryer and fantastic customer service! Well done to the team for providing a great service and worth noting that if you have a problem with this dryer whilst under warranty they will resolve your issue very quickly. In my opinion this dryer is worth every penny! 👍 🙂

solid bit of tech, nice cool button hold, better than your standard hair dryer, long and big cord is nice for distance and stops twisting, theres newer things out but looks like great quaility for the price i paid

Good if you want smooth flat hair. Not good for volume.
I’m not sure about this hairdryer. There’s no denying it’s a professional style hairdryer, and your hair does look very smooth after use; but it’s unwieldy. It’s heavier at one end and so it’s hard to balance comfortably in the hand. I don’t feel it’s as lightweight feeling as other dryers I’ve had. The nozzle is small/ narrow, which would be good if your main goal is to reduce frizz, but I like my hair to look big and fluffy/ with a bit of volume, but can’t seem to achieve this with this dryer. Also the heat settings aren’t as flexible as other dryers; setting one is too cold and setting two is too hot. But there’s no way to set it in between, so you end up switching between them whilst using which is annoying. Also, because it is heavy at one need, it kind of falls over/off when you try to lay it down on your lap whilst styling.
