I took Cod Liver Oil in capsule form for many years and then, because the brand I was using increased in price, I stopped! I recently decided that it may be a good idea to start taking them again.......creaky joints, slow brain, poor memory were behind my decision. I saw these offered on Amazon at a good price and enough (if taking 3 per day as I am) to last for at least 4 months! Have now been taking them for several weeks and I have really noticed a big difference and lessening of my problems quoted above! I woukl heartily recommend them to anybody (except vegans/vegetarians, due to gelatine shells) Although they are quite large they are still easy to swallow, too - and no fishy taste ;0)

My partner and I started having achy joints and I'd read that Omega 3 fish oil is particularly good for this. We've been taking these Xellerate Nutrition Omega 3 fish oil capsules for a few months now and have both felt an improvement in our joints, these are not hard to swallow and I am happy to recommend them, my partner and I have 4 each day which is more than the stated dose but we feel better for it. They are excellent value and in a very large tub and we are so pleased there is no fishy aftertaste. I definitely recommend these capsules and will buy again from Xellerate Nutrition.

I've been using these for a couple of weeks now, there is a very slight hint of fish when you open the tub but the capsules themselves are tasteless. I'm taking them because I was getting pain in my knees after a long run. I'm not getting the pain post run anymore, at the moment I'm putting out down to these capsules because I've not changed anything else. I was sceptical but they seem to be working for me. Price is good for the quantity (365) I find they are easy to swallow. I like the fact that they are made in the UK. All in all very pleased.

My blood circulation is poor, partly due to slightly low BP, and for a while now I've wanted to know the difference between my usual cod liver oil softgel capsules and omega 3 fish oils, looking for ways to boost my circulation so I don't have blue hands for most of the year! In short, the difference is the strength of the two types of fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which are said to help promote healthy heart function including all round circulation, along with other important parts such as the brain and nervous system. I'm sure to most of us, all of our body is important, and to me these are on a pretty high end of desires for a happy and healthy life. The cod liver oil I was taking once daily had an EPA of 90mg and a DHA of 80mg, and with Xellerate you get an EPA of 180mg and a DHA of 120mg, so I'm giving them a whirl. This product arrived in good time and looks to be of high quality. I also like having all of the capsules in one container, rather than the bags that some suppliers use.

I previously tried a similar product with 360 gel caps for a little bit more money. This one seemed twice as potent, but turned out to be twice the dose. When I bought the prior caps I had already found the most potent dose for gel caps I could find. I've tried pure oil you take with a spoon but couldn't keep swallowing it each morning, so caps it has to be!. So this has a few caps extra, was cheaper and matches the dose of my former staple. It hasn't repeated on me with fishy burps, although I think my stomach has got used to me dropping in some Omega 3's each morning. Everybody should take Omega 3, not just for joints as you age but simply because a western diet is far too high in Omega 6 and 9, which are inflammatory, while Omega 3 is anti-inflammatory. Many people think you can balance this with diet, but if you eat an avocado for healthy fats, you just consumed so much Omega 6 that you'll be hard-pressed to eat enough foods to balance out with Omega 3. Even healthy foods tend to have an abundance of Omega 6 and 9. Having a diet that is too inflammatory or anti-inflammatory is bad for you, and mostly we all are in the former camp, no matter how healthy we try to eat. So a product such as this is the way to go. Omega 3s also aid learning, slow mental decline,help with concentration and focus, and are used by the brain as fuel for thinking making them an invaluable way to avoid brain fog and stay on form mentally. So these do all that and are excellent value for money. What more do you need?

Product arrived very early and quicker than anticipated! Omega 3 supplements like these are an essential fat the body needs needs which you can only really get from certain foods. I myself do not like fish too much so this is a great way to supplement them. There is little to no smell and easy to swallow. I've been taking them a few days now and I can already feel a difference and there is no side effects what so ever. Lovely product, great customs and delivery, would highly recommend! Thank you

The product itself is fine and I was pleased to get a year's supply until I saw the expiry date. I started taking time a few days ago and although they are big I found them easy to swallow and no nasty after taste. Unfortunately this pot expires in May and I can't find a way to contact the seller .

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the order when I received it on the day I was told it would arrive, on a Sunday! Easy to swallow, I ordered these tablets because I have had an injury which necessitated a replacement hip and my heart attack which has left me with only 37% blood ejection rate. My left ventricle is two thirds full thickness scar tissue. These tablets are a good aid in helping me put up with my other aches and pains, that resulted due to my injuries from a fall down a flight of concrete stairs. My hands feels a lot better after taking these tablets, my joints feel easier too. I would certainly buy these again and recommend them to my family.

Sie riechen natürlich etwas nach Fisch, aber das stört mich nicht; Ich denke dies kommt zum einen durch die Größe der Kapseln, als auch durch den großen Behälter, in dem sich die Gerüche denke ich intensiver ausbreiten. Aber es heißt nicht umsonst "Fischöl" und wer sich damit auseinandergesetzt hat, weiß, dass es eine sehr gute Ergänzung ist, die der Körper auch wirklich benötigt, ob man Sportler ist oder nicht. Es gibt viele Anbieter für Omega 3-Kapseln, sie sind auch in Drogerien erhältlich, allerdings habe ich noch nirgends eine Packung mit einem Jahresvorrat und zudem für diesen guten Preis gesehen. Die Kapseln wurden schnell geliefert und insbesondere der Support ist gut und sehr um Kundenzufriedenheit bemüht. Das hat mich hier überzeugt. Nächstes Jahr werde ich die Kapseln bestimmt wieder hier bestellen, danke!

Achat principalement dans le but d'accelerer une guerison de symptome dépressif, et de carence en Omega 3, j'ai directement commencer avec 2 gelules par jour, l'effet de bien-etre à etais quasiment immédiat, meilleur sommeil, meilleur réveil (sans anxiété), puissant calmant des glandes surenales et de cortisol (hormones du stress), et une sensation de boost de l'humeur, un coup de fouet pour ma part... j'étais perplexe quand aux effets possible, mais je suis bluffé, c'est a se demander si la dépression serait pas d'abord une carence en Omega 3... en tout cas aucunes odeur, aucun maux d'estomacs, ou de "rots" qui sent le poisson... gélule un peu grosse à avaler, mais c'est pareil pour toutes les marques il me semble. si les effets positifs continue, j'en reprendrait une boite, gros avantage de 365 gélules à très bon prix ! et de très bonne qualité !

Ho acquistato queste Omega 3 con le offerte lampo a 17,82 euro (invece di 20,97) e mi hanno sorpreso per la grandezza del flacone, davvero enorme. D’altronde sono ben 365 softgel (la classica conformazione delle perle di olio di fegato di pesce) di generose dimensioni e, considerando un’assunzione “base” di una perla al giorno, possono garantire una copertura di un anno intero. La casa (NuuNutrition) ne raccomanda comunque da 1 a 3 al giorno, sempre da assumere durante i pasti. I contenuti (per softgel) non sono male: - 180 mg di EPA - 120 mg di DHA Ricordo che gli EPA (acido eicosapentaenoico) e i DHA (acido docosaesaenoico) sono i derivati metabolici dell'acido linolenico (Omega 3), e si contraddistinguono, oltre che per i generali effetti benefici sull’organismo, per differenti aspetti su cui vanno ad agire. In particolare gli EPA intervengono nella costruzione delle membrane cellulari, di qualsiasi tipo esse siano: cellule nervose, cellule muscolari e così via. L’organismo utilizza gli EPA per produrre PGE3 (prostaglandine), ormoni dalle proprietà anti-aggreganti e anti-infiammatorie. I DHA, invece, hanno la proprietà di aumentare il colesterolo buono HDL a sfavore del colesterolo cattivo LDL e di migliorare la sensibilità all’insulina delle cellule. Per ora le sto assumendo da una settimana: 2 al giorno, una a pranzo e una a cena, e non sto riscontrando reflussi di pesce o altri fastidiosi sintomi. Persino assumendone 2 capsule con una sola banana, dove altre marche mi creavano reflussi di pesce, queste, zero assoluto. Penso che le ricomprerò ancora. La data di scadenza del mio flacone è 02/2021.
