Works well

A great toaster
It works well. It looks good, it's easy to clean, easy to use and toasts well. We usually make our own bread and even the great big greedyguts heels fit in this fine, as do bagels and all the shop-bought breads I've tried in it. The only small irritation is that the cord is very short, so make sure you can position it right next to a socket. Having replaced our very old, broken, Dualit with this I can feel the difference in quality... But thats because this is 2.5 times cheaper than even a basic Dualit. Overall, I'm very happy with this toaster after several months' use and would happily buy again. For the price, it's very good.

Doesn’t last long…
I have purchased this toaster twice. I like the style and it matched other appliances in my kitchen. However, both purchases lasted about 6-9 months. Problems with sticking leaver, not staying down, or popping up, and then just not toasting. Contacted Russell Hobbs when problems first arose, unfortunately they were not very helpful and unable to return for fixing or exchange. Such a shame as i’ve purchased other items from this brand over the years, shall not be purchasing from them in the future. Side note, matching kettle has lasted well

Cable is very short
The lead from toaster to plug is tiny... I barely could plug mine into the socket... I've to face it sideways... So the setting aren't facing forward 🙈..

Beau mais pas assez puissant
Bon et beau produit, mais la puissance de chauffe est trop faible, cela mets trop de temps à griller le pain
