Best Naturals Ashwagandha 500 mg 120 Capsules - Known as Withania Somnifera

These tablets may not work for everyone as we’re all different, but for me they have worked exceptionally well.Having suffered with depression, stress, anxiety and poor sleep for quite some time, these tablets have helped overcome this much better than meds prescribed by my GP.I take one a day after food and I feel a lot calmer, less anxious about future events, and now sleep deeply for 8 hours.For some they may be a little big to swallow so take with plenty of water.Really good value for money and I will be buying again and never returning to the prescribed medication.

Excellent product

I have been taking these capsules for three weeks (twice a day) now and I think that I feel less anxious and calmer.I have tried every herbal product under the sun for my phobias and anxiety and it is difficult to know which works!I have decided to concentrate on this one supplement for the time being and see if it is effective when I get really anxious (this is not the same as stressed), I am due to take an international flight soon so that should give the supplement a real workout!I also hope to have the benefit of a strengthened immune system - another thing an international flight should test!If there is any sustained improvement at all I will post my honest opinion.The capsules are easy to take, but at the moment I cannot tell how effective they are.I have given four stars because there is nothing wrong with the supplement and I have had no negative side effects, If they make a difference I will up to five, if they do nothing I will comment accordingly.

Good value of money

Well it seems to be working as intended, but if you run reviews for this product on Fakespot, the rating comes out as F, meaning there are a disproportionate number of reviews that can be deemed as fake. Not sure what this means, hence the 3-star review..This is an update: I've taken these for a week now, and they had an immediate and very big effect. I took one pill before bedtime and was almost immediately out and slept without waking up through the entire night, which is rare for me. But I couldn't shake off the tiredness and grogginess the following morning - in fact it persisted into the day and no amount of caffeine could fix it. So, I broke the capsule apart and took a third of it the following day. The effect was milder but I still woke up groggy and tired - not a great combination with a high pressure job. I've since ordered another brand and it has a completely different effect on me, which is bizarre, in that it makes me feel awake, rather than tired. But the calming effect is less pronounced. I guess it really is trial and error, but I will be staying away from these for the moment as I can't function even if I take the smallest dose before bed time.

First time trying this I am a mum to 4 boys under 9, I care for my dad and also my husband works nights and overtime along side night school in college so our schedules are very hectic at the moment I found myself constantly feeling stressed rushed anxious about ensuring im keeping the house tidy keeping the kids up to date on school work all cooking getting my dad to hospital appointments ect just found it all getting on top of me and by the time I get the kids in bed I was exhausted living off 6 hours sleep a night. I don't believe in alot of pharmisutical drugs and researched what could help. In so glad I did!!! After 2 weeks on ashwaganda I have so much more energy I used to be falling asleep with exhaustion at 8/9pm now I feel refreshed calmer with the kids day to day and just more at ease my life is the same but I feel more prepared mentally to deal with it I used to have almost a pulsing tension in my head now I just feel clear. Amazing already got hubby on them too I feel like my old self.

I don’t usually believe in these types of remedies I think they are a money making gadget. But Ashwaganda was recommended by my Consultant for depleated energy. So I thought I’d give it a try. After wk 1,2,3,4, I noticed nothing and then suddenly I started feeling different. I noticed I could do more I felt more alive and joined a gym. My whole attitude has suddenly changed. Now I can’t guarantee it’s this product but I’ve done nothing else different so I can only believe it’s this product. Give it a try and assess it for yourself. I’m totally different since I’ve been taking it but I’ve it a weeks to take affect. I’d be interested to see what you think. I can’t be without it now. Good luck.

Scared me so much when opening; it’s stored with cotton wool, but I thought it was some sort of mold.
