Helpful, not only for women
As someone who has suffered from itching and redness in the groin area , I do think these help to ease the uncomfortable and annoying symptomsI give these 4 stars because I’m not 100% sure if these work or if this is the placebo effect, either way these are worth a try. Easy to swallow and no smell or after tasteI wouldn’t be without these. Not only for women

Wise for me to avoid
They seem to do something, but also caused me minor headaches, discomfort, and, most significantly, nausea, every time I took it. It could be a reaction to die-off of candida and what-have-ya, or a reaction to one or more of the ingredients, but I don't like how I feel on it. Short measures and " be done with it " would be... wise.
