Fantastic product! I bought this primarily to help with sinus problems but love the dual functionality. I used it for the first time today. It was very easy to put together. I really liked the additional feature where you can add in a few drops of your favourite oil in the both the nasal and facial attachment. I used Olbas oil and only needed a couple of drops on a piece of cotton wool. I placed the unit on a heat-proof mat as a precaution but noticed the base stayed cool throughout. I used the nasal attachment on level 1 for 2 minutes and found that really helped my blocked sinuses. I then used the facial steamer on level 1 for another 2 minutes which really left my skin glowing. I would highly recommend this product.

Very easy to use and certainly helped clear my sinusitis. Only criticism is that the smaller face ‘guard’ for inhaling isn’t a great shape but does the job and i’m prepared to put up with it considering the price. Haven’t used it as a facial sauna yet but for that it seems perfect. I just added a couple of eucalyptus oil drops as well for inhaling.

The steam inhaler does not clip onto the base in any way; it just rests loosely on top, and if you touch it, it will fall off. I thought this would be a problem until I tried it; the steam output is so strong, though, that your face does not need to touch the mask, unlike other inhalers that I've used. I'm currently using the facial sauna mask instead. It seems to be for effective for my sinuses, and hopefully it will help my blepharitis too. EDIT: This has died after just under four years of use (not unreasonable, I suppose). The power connection at the back has worked loose. I'll be replacing it with a different model. The reviews which mention confusing buttons must be referring to another device. This one has no buttons, only a switch which has three positions: off, 1 and 2. It's use is obvious.

I bought this steamer purely for the nasal/sinus benefits of inhaling steam. I have had tinnitus for years, a slowly worsening low humming, which no amount of drugs has been able to reduce. I've used the steamer, with inhalation attachment (I haven't used the facial steamer attachment) a few times now and have noticed a difference in my tinnitus which is fantastic. Some reviews mentioned that the inhaler didn't work for them, I found it perfect as you can fit your nose and mouth into it (you may have to bend over to get the best fit) and you don't get steam in your eyes or get a sweaty face from it. I usually hold my hands over the gap between my skin and the attachment to maximise the amount of steam I can breathe in. The whole unit works exactly as I'd expect and is very quick to heat up. Much easier, and less wasteful, than filling a big bowl full of boiling water! I'm sure I will use the facial attachment at some point, but even without doing so, this unit is money very well spent.

I bought this to help with my sinusitis. Some people said the steam inhaler attachment was unforgiving but I found no problem with it (I guess I don't ram my face into it as hard as them!). It's quick and easy to use and less mess than using a bowl of hot water like I was doing. If I had to find a fault with it, I'd say the way the attachment screws into the body of the steamer is a little flimsy but that really is nitpicking really.

Works well and helps by dog with their breathing issues.

I double-checked to make sure I did not mistakenly order a product intended for EU/UK users. There is no indication that I am ordering a device with a power source that is not compatible with my US home's engineering. 2. Again, the description -falsely- states the power source is 120V. Not only is this untrue, it's dangerous. On the plug itself: in very small print, voltage is listed 250V. Which means I would require a CONVERTER to damp down excess voltage, which again, is not what I was expecting to have to do when I ordered this. It does not help that a Chinese ADAPTER (an ADAPTER is unsafe because it is not the required CONVERTER that should be damping down excess Voltage) that looks extremely cheap and does not even fit the prongs for the cord on this device was thrown into the box. 3. I really wanted to be able to use this steamer. I gave us the benefit of the doubt and researched converters: All of the converters I see advertised on Amazon, in order to bring Volts down from (a dangerous to US households) 250V to (US household standard) 120V look like they have issues overheating and melting. No thanks. I never would have paid for this if I'd have known. It looks like if I had not taken the time to verify the specs on the power source, I could have risked melting something on the device, in my house, or even starting a fire.
