This lumbar support pillow is wonderful. It latches behind my chair and stays in place. The material is great quality. It's the peferct thickness. It really helps my lower back pain when I'm setting. I'm so impressed that I'm going to order another one to have in my vehicle as well.

The cushion it self works well but the straps in the back to not stay put as they are kind of long but I have pinned them to the back of the chair to hold in place. I can see that they can stretch out more then what they are right now over time but this will do the job for now. The cushion itself does give support it is just the straps are not made for every chair back.

Superb! I’ve had neck and lumbar surgery in the past, and this lumbar pillow is a godsend! We just bought a new RV, and the seats are not comfortable, so I bought this pillow, hoping it would help my back. That is an understatement! I use it in the passenger seat, in our leather recliners, and at the dining table. It is my new best friend! Just the right amount of cushion and support. I highly recommend!! I never write reviews right after I receive an order preferring to see how it goes over time, but I'm making an exception because from the moment I sat in my chair after slipping this on (which was super easy and fits perfectly) my back just leaned into it. Seriously, for the first time in quite awhile I'm sitting in my chair completely relaxed and I love it. Very happy with this product!

I bought this because I need lumbar support in my compact car. While this was far too bulky, I did find another one to be perfect! HOWEVER! THIS ONE IS PERFECT for my computer chair.

My husband has two of these pillows because he likes them so much and they work so well for him. He keeps one in his chair and one in the driver's seat of the car. His chair is extra large so the straps don't really work there, but they work perfectly in the car. The straps are adjustable so that you can make them fit perfectly. My husband says it offers perfect lumbar support and even takes the one from the car into any appointment he has to go to. They really help relieve his back pain while sitting and while driving. He did not find them to firm or too soft. They are the Goldilocks pick of lumbar pillows...just the right amount of firmness!

satisfactory product. Cushion is fine (comfort, retaining shape etc) but the stretchy belts are a bit loose and limp. I need to adjust the cushion position, constantly. If the belts were wider and *tighter* they would have made it a lot better. Currently, even in the shortest length setting, it is too loose and the cushion rides up and down the chair (dinner chair) and needs frequent adjustment. This is a significant design flaw.
