Would the contour shade be appealing on a light skin tone ? Or is the shade too dark to look natural ?

It depends on whether you have a skin tone that has yellow undertones or pink undertones - you can be pale but the undertone decides whether it works or not. The brown side is very warm toned, it looks okay if you've caught the sun a tiny bit. I'm super pale with pink/blue undertones so I cut it a bit with eyeshadow by putting a dab of soft greyish brown shadow on the brush a little first then dabbing into this (the fall out is insane on this palette, a tiny sweep causes powder to go everywhere on it so don't do the other way around) - witha. Tiny bit of grey added in, it takes away the warmth and stops it from looking like a bronzer. The light colour works well for setting concealer and for using as a setting power in general. It's a big palette too.

Is the highlighter section the same as the actual wet n wild megaglo highlighter? If so which shade would this be?

I don't know, but the hihglighter is very powdery and I don't like it.
