Can this reduce dark marks and acne scarring ?

Thank you for your questions regarding our Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Skin Therapy Oil. Our product is a targeted solution for Uneven skin tone, stretch marks, fine lines and wrinkles, Dry damaged skin, and scars. However, it does not specifically target dark spots. With regards to acne scarring - if these are deeper scars, we would suggest that you consult a skin specialist/dermatologist for advice. With kind regards Palmer's Customer Service Department.

I think it would be too thick and greasy x

Can this be used around the eye area?

Can't think why not. It is light - not a heavy cream - and easily absorbed. Just don't get it IN your eye.
