Arrived when expected. Does exactly what it says it does. Used this on my keratin hair, and after wash 3 it's still straight and silky smooth. Definitely worth the money to keep you hair in great shape

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! As I was planning on having a kerastraight treatment on my hair, I needed to find a shampoo conditioner that was both salt and sulphate free. After researching what one was best, I decided to go for this product over the kerastraight one. If I'm honest, the price did put me off a little at first. However, it was more than worth the money! Both items have a lovely, soft coconut scent which is fresh and not overwhelming. The shampoo lathers surprisingly well for a sulphate free shampoo and a little goes a long way. With the conditioner, you only need the smallest amount as it spreads really well and it's more like an intensive conditioner. My hair feels lovely and clean after using the products and it's left feeling soft, healthy and manageable. As you only need such a small amount of both the shampoo and conditioner, the price is offset as the bottles last ages! After my kerastraight treatment stared to wear off (about 4 1/2 months), my hair was still far softer, shinier and more manageable than before. This I attribute to the shampoo and conditioner. I've just had another kerastraight treatment and bought more of the NYK1 products. I'll definitely continue to use them even if I don't keep up with the kerastraight!

Excellent product made my hair feel soft and tangle free. Also found it easier to blow dry into the style that I wanted. A lovely fresh smell with hints of coconut. Great value especially as, you don’t need to use much.

This used to be my favourite shampoo/conditioner (had been using it for over a year), even over Kerastase. It had a lovely coconut smell, a very thick consistency consistency, a lovely light pink colour and by far the most hydrating I've ever used - showering felt magic. NOT ANYMORE FOLKS, something has changed since my last order and the quality has now gone down the drain, nothing in the conditioner feels the same. The ingredients on the bottle are still the same however, which can only mean one of the two: the product has been purposely watered down, or, the most recent batch is defective. Until this is addressed, I won't be purchasing another bottle - it's not even worth £8 on its current state. Edit - they offered me a free replacement and apologised for the error, apparently it was a bad batch. The replacement still wasn't the same as what I was used to have but it was much better. Haven't bought it since but at least they've gone far and beyond to rectify the error

My hair feels much better after using this. It's made it soft,shiny and manageable again, after I would definitely recommend both products.

This product is off to a promising start! I have typical East Asian hair—jet black and very thick—so I needed to lather three times to fully work it through. After rinsing, my hair initially felt a bit brassy, but once I followed up with conditioner, it turned noticeably smooth and soft. The fragrance is absolutely glorious and really stands out. I also noticed very minimal hair fall—only about 2 strands during and after showering—which is a great sign for me. Overall, a great experience so far!

For the price this set was, I’d have hoped the bottles would have been secured/closed properly, which was the first issue. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I tried to use one of the supplied pumps for the shampoo, but couldn’t get it to dispense any of the product which was a further disappointment (and wasted even more of the shampoo, on top of what had leaked during delivery). On top of that, after using the product for the past week+, I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. My hair feels oily within 12 hours of being washed, when usually I can go at least a day between washes. My daughter used the shampoo for the first time last night and, despite having a massive aversion to washing her hair, has insisted on washing it again tonight because her hair feels so oily it’s unbearable! For the price, it’s a real shame that the product is *so* unsuitable for oily hair that it’s unusable. Maybe it would suit other hair types better, but for us it’s been a real disappointment from start to finish and we will not be using the remainder of the product. Such a shame.

I did wait a couple of shampoos before reviewing this to write a more accurate review. At the beginning I wasn’t sure I was using the shampoo right as it didn’t foam or dilute. After 2 shampoo I realised you need to apply the shampoo on wet hair and massage a bit and then it starts to foam like it activates. Then you wet the hair slightly again and continue massaging for a bit before rinsing. The hair will be super clean. I found the pump they provide very useful as I can perfectly dose the quantity I need. The scent is subtle and not overpowering, coconut notes very pleasant. The best part I found it to be the conditioner, it makes your hair soft for real. I tried without and I felt the difference immediately. Also after the keratin treatment the hair might be slightly dry but not with this product. Additionally the customer service is amazing and very caring, they provide with tips and extra and they are super helpful and supportive. I now have the pump dispenser on both my products and I’m very happy about it (didn’t think would make such a difference). The bottle of product are quite big so I think they will last a while so again definitely worth the money.

As described on the bottle! One of the few products free of strong and unhealthy chemicals! Second time purchased so for me it works well!

In some revieew I have seen that there were complaints about its smell so I had worries but it smells like coconut and it softened my hair very gently and I shaped my hair easier..My hair is thick and long. I recommend it.

ACTUALIZO tras 3 meses de uso: Mi pelo se acabó acostumbrando asique lo tengo que alternar con otro champú sin sulfatos, si no usado a diario me lo engrasa... pero eso es problema de mi pelo y me ocurre con todos los champús del mundo... PROS: Mantiene intacto el color y es muy respetuoso con el pelo, lo tengo más sano que nunca, ha recuperado brillo, se ve y se nota mas hidratado y cero frizz. ________________ De momento, le doy un 10. Tras un tratamiento de hidratación y ácido en la peluquería decidí comprarlo para alargar el efecto del tratamiento y aumentar el efecto de la coloración evitando el arrastre que provocan sales y sulfitos, y de momento genial. Era un poco reticente a este tipo de champus porque los probé en el pasado y no me gustó la experiencia porque los primeros usos me dejaban el pelo con frizz, tosco...y no suelen ser economicos, por lo que me decidi por esta marca tras leer los comentarios tan positivos. Uso conjuntamente el champú y acondicionador. Ambos tienen un intenso olor a coco, muy agradable. Champú: Tengo el pelo graso y fino, el primer enjabonado no hace espuma,el segundo si y el resultado final es muy satisfactorio. Limpia muy bien y el pelo queda suelto y suave. Con muchos champús con siliconas necesito hasta tres enjabonados para eliminar la grasa del pelo, con este con dos es más que suficiente. Acondicionador: El pelo se desenreda muy bien y no apelmaza ni engrasa, a diferencia de otros acondicionadores. Lo uso solo en largos y puntas.

I just did a nanoplastia treatment and bought this shampoo and balsam. It's o gentle yet so effective once the hair gets oily! I am happy with this purchase overall!
