I'd almost given up the hope in ever being able to lose weight and keep it off. Not quite sure yet if it’s doing any good.

Upon opening the small bag these capsules come in, I were overwhelmed by the smell of Clove. I associate Clove with Dental pain and so I wasn't wholly impressed, as a first impression.The instructions say to have 1 capsule before bed and so I did so. Within an hour I felt a burning in my stomach, followed by extremely uncomfortable belching, that left an extremely strong taste of, guess what....... Clove. It went on until I fell asleep.Next.morning nothing happened apart from the acid indigestion. So they immediately went in the bin.My advice to you would be if you want a safe way to ease constipation and weight loss, I would highly recommend Juicing. It basically means you pick out all your favourite vegetables and fruits and putting them into a juicer. It leaves only the water element of the veg/fruit, so you can drink several glasses a day. This i GAURENTEE will ease your constipation. The more you drink, the more you go. It is Safe and won't cause any surprise side effects because they are simply fruit and veg you eat every day.Another tip is the veg and fruit you juice, to save money, you can choose the discounted produce and/or go to a cheaper supermarket. Juice them on the day to.aviod waste and expense. Of course this means you need to buy a decent Juicer, but it is such a worthwhile investment and valved addition to the kitchen. All of the ingredients have added health benefits and aid digestion. They are not laxatives which some people seem to assume, nor would they help you slim unless you were watching what you ate and upped the exercise. They soften the stool but the main clean will be inside your guts. 3 weeks in and I have to say they are gentle more than rough, which really surprised me as the packet you assume the Red Bull of the detox world, but in fact they are more intelligent and gentle than the packet and marketing suggests.

First time writing a review.I took a tablet just before bed as instructed and within an hour my stomach began to bloat up. I started to get very strong symptoms such as one experiences when having " food poisoning" I felt very nauseous, heart racing, strong stomach cramps and the intense need to go to the toilet. as a healthcare professional working awkward shifts I often suffer from constipation, this product has assisted me with my problem & as a result I am now more regular AND less bloated post night shift! Bonus!! I cannot say that I have lost weight with this product as others have suggested but my bowels are certainly much improved.

These came on the expected delivery date and was well packaged. They are very easy to swallow and don't have a horrible taste! I am only giving 4 stars as it is to early to tell weather they are working.
