Revlon ColorStay Makeup Foundation for Oily Skin

I have oily skin and this foundation is fits incredible on my skin. I used this foundation for my wedding and the coverage was perfect, not too much. It gives your skin a natural appearance and doesn’t oxidise after a few hours. It is definitely worth the money for the quality and quantity.

This product has become my go to foundation for daily use and I have repeated purchases.It has a nice consistency and tends to last all day.I have oily and dry skin and this seems to hide both issues very well especially when matched with other products as part of a routine.This foundation blends and covers well, I tend to use this with a flat makeup brush and I can get good coverage quickly. This foundation can be built on to create a more covered area however I normally only need to do once all over and I’m set for the day.Great value for money and gives a natural look and comes in a good size volume pump bottle. (The bottle can be unscrewed to get the remaining product out towards to end which helps reduce waste allowing you access to all of the product when you think it’s finished)

I was looking for a very long time for a foundation that would not make my face cakey. Since I have combined skin, I was always wearing matte foundation but none of them suited my skin. I tried a lot from NYX and L'Oréal and cheaper ones but they either were bad quality, either they were looking horrible on my skin. My problem was always that the foundation was clogging all my dilated pores and the face was looking very cakey, especially around my nose, mouth and on my forehead.I did not had much hope with this foundation because I was thinking that it will be same as others to be honest... and how wrong was I...I received it today and put it on immediately to test it. It's very liquid but covers good and looks sooo natural on skin. Also it's so good that even if you mess up, it's possible to correct everything very quickly with same layer or with another one on top. It even covered my dilated pores very well without clogging them. For full coverage is needed for 2 layers, but even with only one, it looks so flawless on the skin and so natural that my boyfriend didn't even observed that I'd put foundation on. Also feels light on the skin and first 4-5 hours feels like I wear nothing on my face even with powder on as well.After 5 hour in my case I started to have a little oil on my skin but it was less than I had it with any other foundation, also I put my fingers on the skin to see how it feels and it's not sticky at all, after 5-6h of wearing it - for me that's amazing! This is by far my favourite one and I already threw all the rest of my foundations, will definetely buy more.

Affordable and actually feel the benefit

Love love love this foundation! I have to be honest I haven't tried many foundations in the past and I have been very cautious about picking one up too because I am highly prone to breakouts but I had my eye on this one for many years only because it had one specific to Oily/Combination skin. I was really tempted to try this on and went along to read a lot of good reviews. After using it myself I can say that I am absolutely in love with this product. Here are some things I like:1. It gives moderate to high coverage2. It comes with a pump! I love the fact that it has a pump. You can just get out exactly how much you want without having extra drip out and having to put it back (unhygienic) or throw it.3. it's got so many shades to choose from. I know these days there are quite a few that provide shades for various skin tones but from drugstore brands I think this one has the most.4. and lastly, no breakouts! For a person like me who could have a breakout within literally an hour, this product really does help.I did pick up the wrong colour my first time and have now switched to a more suitable colour but that said the product is the same. I have been using this foundation now for almost a year and I cannot recommend it enough.

Last all day, great price, and feels good on my skin.

It’s a good foundation but it seems to run out a lot quicker than the one from the actual shop and more liquidy. Although it is good coverage and good price on Amazon so can’t complain

I’ve been using the Revlon ColorStay Makeup for Combination/Oily Skin for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my go-to foundations. The coverage is medium to full and very buildable without feeling heavy on the skin. It does a great job of evening out my complexion and covering redness and blemishes.What really stands out is the staying power—it genuinely lasts طوال the day without breaking down, even in my oily T-zone. I notice significantly less shine compared to other foundations, and I don’t feel the need to touch up as often.The finish is more on the matte side but still looks natural, not flat or cakey. It blends well and sets nicely, especially when paired with a good primer and setting powder.One downside is that it can feel a bit drying in certain areas, so proper skin prep is important. Also, depending on the packaging, not all versions come with a pump, which can be a bit inconvenient.Overall, it’s a reliable, long-wearing foundation that performs really well for combination to oily skin—and at a great price point.

Cela fait 12 ans que j'utilise quotidiennement du fond de teint. J'ai changé de marque au moins tous les 3 mois, je ne suis jamais resté fidèle à une seule, par quête de perfection. Aujourd'hui si je devais recommander un fond de teint, je reprendrais celui-ci et pour longtemps. Pourquoi ? Tout simplement parce que sa tenue est parfaite, il est imperceptible sur la peau que ce soit au niveau du ressenti propre ou du visuel on n'a vraiment l'impression de ne rien porter. Il couvre bien, et j'ai une peau sujette aux rougeurs et cicatrices sans tomber non plus dans l'effet "cratères". Avec un correcteur adapté vous aurez un teint de poupée même si votre peau n'est pas parfaite. Il ne bouge pas dans la journée, ne fait pas d'effet "sale" ou "caky". C'est un fond de teint très très naturel, qui permet un grand confort. J'aime le fait qu'il soit liquide mais pas trop, il est facile de le travailler au beauty blender ou au pinceau. J'aurai aimé l'avoir connu depuis longtemps, ça m'aurait évité beaucoup d'argent dépensé pour rien... Notamment dans des fonds de teint à 30 ou 40 euros... Encore une fois, merci pour cette suggestion Amazon. Les filles, foncez!

Ho la pelle mista/ grassa.Questo fondotinta è pazzesco!Premetto che ho usato molti fondotinta di brand anche molto costosi ma questo è fenomenale anche considerando il prezzo davvero competitivo.Ha una texture leggera e sottile che può essere stratificata , per un finish che può arrivare anche a medio / alto : copre bene rossori e macchie .Una volta asciutto non si sposta , non si lucida durante la giornata, e non sporca gli abiti.È luminoso ma non grasso.Non enfatizza né rughe né i pori dilatati .Occorre un buon prodotto struccante per rimuoverlo .Per scendere il colore sono andata in un negozio per trovare la shade giusta e poi l' ho acquistato qui pagandolo un terzo !Non si ossida e non scurisce una volta asciutto.Lo applico con il pennello per un risultato più coprente o con una spugnetta leggermente umida per un finish leggero e ultra luminoso .Sono super soddisfatta lo ricomprerò e ne consiglio l' acquisto .( La foto mostra il fondotinta alla luce naturale e senza cipria per fissarlo )

Tengo esta base de maquillaje en sus dos versiones, para la piel mixta/grasa y para la piel normal/seca. En realidad tengo la piel normal que a veces, dependiendo de varios factores, puede tirar a seca/deshidratada o a mixta. He tenido y tengo en mi colección varias bases de la alta gama y os puedo decir que el Colorstay de Revlón no tiene nada que envidiar a las mejores bases de las marcas de lujo.La versión para la piel mixta/grasa sobre la que escribo ahora tiene una textura líquida tirando a cremosa, ligera y a la vez da una cobertura excelente. Matifica muy bien, no reseca, iguala el tono de la piel y cubre las pequeñas imperfecciones (es de suponer que las imperfecciones más grandes, si las hubiera, las tapamos con un corrector antes de aplicar la base). Tiene un dosificador. Recomiendo aplicarlo con una esponja o con una brocha para make-up, si no estáis acostumbradas a hacerlo con brocha, con una esponja se aplica divinamente. Tiene una alta durabilidad, en mi piel dura prácticamente todo el día sin necesidad de retoques. Si tenéis la piel muy grasa es posible que a mediodía tengáis que hacer una pasadita con los polvos compactos o sueltos pero nada más (o ni eso). Es una GRAN base de maquillaje y con un precio inigualable.Ahora bien, mi piel es clara, para que os sirva de referencia, NW20 en MAC, ó 025 en Lancome Teint Idole.En Colorstay versión de piel mixta/grasa el tono que mejor me va es el 180 Sand Beige. ¡PEEEEERO! Si decidís comprar la versión de piel normal/seca, debéis optar por el tono 150 Buff. Es decir, en las dos variedades de esta base de maquillaje el mismo número de tono no significa que sean iguales. El 180 para la piel mixta/grasa y el 180 para la normal/seca son MUY diferentes.-----Actualización Agosto 2022. Sigo enamorada de este fondo de maquillaje. Llevo ya no sé cuántos botes comprados. Para el verano suelo pedir el tono 220 que es un poco más oscuro que el 180, porque en verano tengo la piel un poco más morena (tampoco mucho más), y el tono 220 es el siguiente tono después del 180 y queda de maravilla. Probadlo, os va a encantar.

I love this foundation! It lasts for hours and provides great coverage without feeling heavy or cakey on the skin. It goes on smoothly and holds up really well throughout the day. The scent doesn’t bother me personally, but if you’re sensitive to fragrances it might be something to keep in mind. Overall, I’m very happy with it and I buy it all the time. Very affordable option.
