Excellent product. Came in two days. You MUST plug the power leads into the jump starter unit first to allow it to self test then attach the cables to your battery. This is because the charger powers the self testing unit on the cables - if you connect the cables then plug in, it produces an error state. Great tip off YT. Also, you have 30 seconds after attaching the cables to try and start the car - if you go over you have to follow the same process again.

EDIT : Upgraded to 4 stars (from 1) thanks to great customer service from Suaoki. They contacted me and sent, at no extra cost, a replacement part which has resolved my problem.EDIT : Upgraded to 2 stars thanks to a so-far positive experience with the Suaoki support people. They are shipping a replacement part that appears to be faulty. The below is currently still relevant but I will update again if the issue is resolved satisfactorily.Useless. Avoid.December. Bought it, charged it 100%, put it in the boot of my car.April. Car battery is dead (showing 6 volts across the terminals). Connect this up, Showing 7.5v across the terminals. Car clearly won't start. Indicator on charger shows 100% battery. The charging cables start flashing green/red indicating a failure. Find out the returns policy is 30 days.Now I'm down 60 pounds and have to buy a new charger.

I got this kit because some months, I only drive my car about 1-1/2 miles a week, which means it doesn't start if the weather is cold. Also, one of the tyres loses about 3 psi a week - but I don't really want to go to the garage to re-inflate it every time I take the kids to swimming lessons.The product itself works great. Started the car no problem, and reinflated the tyres. The compressor didn't work well on my bicycle tyre, but I think that was due to the Presta valve.The instructions that come with the battery itself aren't great, but I got an e-mail from the vendor with a PDF that explained everything in detail.

I'll keep it short - were all busy this time of year - get this system!!! - bought a 2nd for father in law. So far cranked perfectly a Jeep, Mustang V8 and a horse box (you do still need the vehicle battery in the system) and used the inflater off the battery pack to pump all 4 tyres on a horse box, to 65 psi no probs.USB power works well for devices - when camping - good torch performance - amazing kit for the size and cost. One thing to mention, remember to turn off when in storage - battery pack will fully discharge otherwise but thats user error not the products fault. Great xmas gift for the road and outdoor user. (PS - it has three jump start voltages, 12, 16, 19VDC.. I use 16)

As a female and not mad about cars, I found the accompanying instructions completely inadequate. My purchase was followed by an email link to the online 'destructions' which made things rather clearer. However when I gingerly opened my car bonnet, I could not see exactly where on the battery the two crock clips should be attached. The minus and plus signs were just not possible to see, owing to the dark oily deposits obscuring the mysterious inner workings. However a 'very nice man' helped me out, and I felt humiliated discovering that it was an extremely simple procedure. When I turned the ignition key, the engine exploded into life. The fact that the battery was technically dead became another matter to deal with! Learned a lot and can throughly recommend this product.

It's a great useful little box that everyone should have in their car. For motorbikes this is perfect! The nice bing about this is that it's a lithium battery meaning it's light holds a lot of garage and doesn't need to be charged offer like those big heavy jump boxes. The tyre pressure is great for small vehicles and motorbikes/bikes it will still work for my 3.5t but takes some time. It jump stars a battery on a small vehicle and keeps some charge it could do my motorbike 10 times probably but when it comes to my 3.5 you better get it started within the first 2-3 try's because it sucks a lot of power out of the device.

Upon getting it out of car I was dubious as to wether it would jump start my 2.5 litre 5 cylinder diesel but it did, effortlessly. Also a bonus that it charges via a cigarette lighter or mains and has a compressor. All in all very pleased with my buy. And to think the last batter pack I owned 10+ years about used to weigh a tonne and not be half as effective

I bought this to use as a power bank for my telescope - lightweight with sufficient capacity for many hours of consistent power. (estimated 6-10 hours, depending on if I use the lens heaters).The built-in torch is a good idea but I wish the additional red lights could be set to a non-flashing mode so they could be used for astronomy.The whole kit is a good build quality, appears and feels robust and is finished to a high standard.I have also made use of it, as designed, as a car jump starter - for which it is surprisingly effective.and for inflating my bike tyres in the house before a ride - very handy.I added a short cigarette lighter extension/adaptor by soldering on a suitable connector onto a standard 3rd party car extension cable (see image) and that has further improved the flexibility of this power source.I can now use it as a recreational supplementary power source for numerous devices (Fan, vacuum cleaner, Laptop, Tablet, Phone, Inflater...) whilst out in the car, without killing my main battery or running the car engine. It can be recharged from the car cigarette lighter socket as well as a wall-wart, so by the time you get home, it is ready for the next trip.Really useful in a neat and handy case.Brilliant!.
