I have had my cross trainer for a few months now and am writing it's review now so I could judge it's perormance fairly over a period........Generally a great machine , worth paying the extra for this one,...... has performed well, is remarkable stable for a home unit given its size,My instructions were relatively good , and kit came with all the parts & didn't take long to assemble.Just a couple of 'mods' would make it even better , in my opinion, the lower front stabilising bar could be a tad longer , add the front centre post needs beefing up or maybe a support bracket to stop it moving back & forth under hard cycling.All in all a great home machine , great value for money, saved me thousands in Gym fees.!!Only other thing required to get true benefits from this crosstrainer/ bike is buckets of motivation and self disapline. ....... Unfortunately not in the box !!

We are having serious problems with this product, as the contents of the flat pack do not match the Parts list on the handbook, which indicates that some of the bolts are missing, and one of the bolt does not marry with the nut supplied. We always lay everything out before assembling, and are baffled as to how to proceed. So I can't comment on the machine itself except to disagree with other reviews which claim it's easy to assemble.

Nice for price but won't show speed on display due to when delivered magnets have moved from inside the wheel

This seems to be a very well made and sturdy machine, yes it does take about 2 hours to put together and the instructions could be clearer but all in all we are very pleased with it. using both the cross trainer and the bike parts are very easy and being 6.3ft I was concerned about the bike but no problems it is fine and very easy to adjust for my wife. We have only had it for a week but all well so far.

The instructions to put this together were not overly clear at times but it wasn't too bad. The cross trainer/bike itself works well and is not too noisy. So far it doesn't squeak like one of my old ones either. It's good that you can move the seat back so you can make sure it's out of the way when using it as a cross trainer.

Arrived on Monday of this week and after four days so far so good. It took two leisurely hours to complete the construction and contrary to some reviews the machine is quiet as a mouse and feels steady as a rock. As I am recovering from a total knee replacement I am taking the exercise regime slowly but I am more than satisfied with the machine.
