Has this lead cut anyone else's dogs nose right across?

The lead is soft and stretchy. It’s really a perfect product. Took my dog a little of getting used to, but after a few days, it was fine.

From what age is this suitable?

The size of the collar that slips over the muzzle is adjustable so I imagine from quite a young age depending on the breed of dog. The slip lead aspect works like any other slip lead. Aside from taking the sort of care you normally would with a young dog on a lead I cannot see you would require special care, but I am no expert, just a normal owner of a labrador.

Can you tell me how to attach it so the lead comes from the back of the neck (as per red lead image) and not under chin as instructions show

Form a 'noose' over dog's head, then make a figure eight over the snout. Crossover should be under the chin. Then the lead runs from back of neck rather than under chin

can this be used on a boxer

I would say yes, when you place the lead over the head pull from under chin twist figure of eight over nose then pull back from behind neck to get the right tension on lead, only thing with short nose dogs is how close to the eyes, if you have a length of rope just use it as a measure of distance around the neck under chin twist then over nose see how it fits, if your happy with that, you will be pleased with getting the anti pull lead, hope this has help you with your decision.
