I know the extra precautions necessary using a combustible refrigerant, but but this kit compatible with R290?

It is not listed in the manual so I would have to say it is not compatible.

Will this work with r32

The gauges are only graduated for R22, R134a, R407C and R410A so I would say it is not suitable for R32 if you need temperature related conversions but the low pressure gauge has scale of -1 to 38bar while the high pressure gauge is marked from -1 to 55bar. Hope that helps but I never used R32 so don't know what normal pressure ranges look like.
