Does the Job
Although they do not stick as well where I put them, at the base of my skull were the spine joins, think it is because of the curvature. But they do actually work, I just have to keep pressing it down every now and again. The heat keeps well and as I have had my osteoarthritis spondalitis for over 40 years, they do well compared to all the different creams I have used, but I did find that the Deep Heat cream actually worked the best. Plus it is better than relying on strong pain killers that take much longer to work.

This is the small max strength deep heat. I would advise everyone to test a pea size amount first. Its great but apply small amount to prevent uncomfortable burning feeling. Small amount on my back was lovely. Does not cure my back pains but it does give it some relief.

Good effect to my pain
It feeling very hot in the pain side but if the place to put didn't pain it feel normal hot. Is very efficient to my pain in injured after put it free relaxing and feeling better.

Received my product in pristine condition. Great service overall.
Use on clean, dry skin. Tear open the plastic packet, remove protective film from patch and apply patch to the affected area, adhesive side onto the skin or to clothing. Do not bandage over the patch. Do not cut, massage, fold or wet the patch. To remove, slowly peel off the patch. After use, dispose in normal household waste. Single use only. Do NOT attempt to reheat in oven or microwave. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist if your symptoms do not improve.
Safety Warning
Do NOT use: On the face or on broken skin, bruises or swellings. Whilst asleep or with prolonged pressure against patch. On infants, children or persons unable to remove the patch on their own. With other skin medications or other heat sources. If the patch is damaged or torn. On the same area for more than 8 hours in any 24 hour period. Warnings: All heat patches have the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs or the patch gets uncomfortably hot.
