If it is for the Hormaan remote you pull the key ring attachment carefully and case will either slightly open allowing you to prise apart or the case will fall apart. Make sure you reassemble with buttons and keyring 'rivet' in place before pressing back together.

Do you know if these batteries are suitable for the dog barking collars?

These batteries have many uses and you will need to check with the dog collar itself, sorry. We are aware of a 6v battery called GP476A that is fitted in some collars
