Most definitely permanently lightens hair..Also if you don't wash it when it reaches the colour you want, it could carry on lightening

Can you dry it with hairdryer and will it then lighten ?

Yes that is what I do. I am a natural blonde but at 66 underneath hair and roots have darkened. I just use this now and again and now have no need of bleaching hair. Saves me lots of money and less damage to hair. I wouldn’t use it every time you shampoo though as overuse could still damage hair

Did you go to the hairdressers after using this product? Did it cause any bad reaction to your hair?

I used the spray twice over lock down and was terrified to go hairdressers after reading the reviews. Had my usual blonde highlights done about two months after use and absolutely no problems. When I told my hairdresser she didn't seem too concerned. I did have olaplex treatment with my highlights, so this might have helped but honestly my hair is in really good condition now.

Can you use a hair straightener instead of the sun

What do you mean? If you mean spray, then go out in the sun, then yes, if you mean, spray and us the straightener to start the process, then yes I would, it's only like using a hair dryer. You could spray, hair dry then straighten.
