Presume you're the same person posting the same question more than once as the questions are exactly the same?  Not sure if you can delete one of them as this is going to be confusing otherwise.

TDLR VERSION: At least one of the listed ingredients appears to be nanoparticle-sized.  So probably.

BACKGROUND:  Basically, the word "nanoparticle" has no specific or legally defined meaning, but generally refers to really, really small particles - of virtually anything.  Some people are concerned because it's a new, untested size and there isn't much solid, scientific evidence as to whether the substance behaves differently in humans when it's really small (either for or against).

Basically it's up to you whether or not you're happy to spend time searching for products that may or may not include extra-dinky-small particles.  They've been touted as beneficial if you want a product to deliver certain ingredients deep into the skin, or a complete unknown better-be-safe-than-sorry ingredient if the product is nanoparticle-free.  Always bear in mind that the person selling you something wants you to think their product is better than all the others.

Anyway, it looks like some naming conventions are used for "nanoparticles", and one of them is in the ingredient list here: "micronized".  That doesn't mean it's bad for you, or indeed that it's good for you - at least, not until more studies are performed.

Bottom line: if you need more assurance beyond "someone on the internet why on Google then tried their best to answer my question" then you need to contact the manufacturer.  This is the only real easy to get detailed information about the ingredients or manufacturing processes they're using.  Otherwise if you want to try yourself, try to look at reliable scientific sources if you're concerned about a particular ingredient, rather than trusting blogs, magazines or sites that want to sell you something (I'm saying this as those sources totally swamped the search results when I tried to figure out what you were asking about and why, as there wasn't much to go off).
