For the money, this is a great little device. The app has been absolutely fine so far and it does the basics very efficiently. I know people who have paid a lot more for devices that are only marginally more sophisticated than this. Very happy with the deal and the product. For a first foray into fitness monitors, highly recommended.

This is a great device for the price and not hard to set up ( I gave up on previous more pricy fitness trackers). One drawback is mine doesn't synch without me resetting/restoring the device each morn to find out how much sleep I've had overnight - but ti's easy to do with no loss of data so doesn't really matter. You have to recharge it every few days but it's gratifying to note that I need to use a lower wrist strap setting now - so my wrist has lost weight! I bought it to see just how sedentary I am (very but not as bad as I was) and as a sleep tracker it's brilliant.

From point of order to delivery was excellent, received operating instructions via email before delivery which was a nice little touch. The device works fine and is really easy to use, you do struggle to see the screen in bright daylight but not a real issue as we tend to only look when our walks are completed.One other small issue is I don't seem to able to add the user name via the app, it keeps resorting back to user !

The watch doesn't work properly. It fails to connect with the phone properly. Its a Samsung A5 phone with Android 7.0 version software. However the watch does not connect for calls, alarms and other notifications. The step and calorie counters do work but only sync some of the time. It can be quite frustrating. It was bought for a present and my wife likes the colour and uses the functions that do work but is not completely satisfied with the product.

I got this for my 7 year old and he loves it. Simple but effective. He dropped his first one down a drain (much to his dispair), but I was happy to get another one at only 15 quid. Though next time he drops it down the drain I've told him I'll be throwing him in after it. He says he'll look after this one much better. Would recommend as a realtively inexpensive but good product. The addition of a watch style strap to prevent slippage would be my only other comment. They cost about 7 quid on Amazon so no great expense and if your getting for a youngster makes good sense. If you want a Fitbit for a 7 ish year old then go for this one

Did buy a Black wristband as an extra. It all works very well, having had the same tracker watch before, I have noticed it calculates steps at a faster rate than previous Ignite watch. You have to assume that it is correct, I've no way of Knowing! But, a good watch all round for the price.

It can be tricky to synchronise. I tried rebooting phone as suggested but that didn't work. In the end I reinstalled the App and that seems to work for now. But frustrating as less than a year old. Hence low rating.

So far so good. Only bought this a couple of days ago and everything works ok. Just what I w@nted. If there was one thing I would change on this watch is the facility to be able to turn up the b4ightness as it is very difficult to see the face in daylight.
